  • Summary of Major Responsibilities

    We know that providing employees with career development opportunities is a key driver of engagement. This position is responsible for supporting the organizational development strategy at Exact Sciences. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring the learning solutions created are implemented in a fashion that is timely, relevant and enhances the capabilities of our organization.  This position reports to the Director, Organizational Development.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support an inclusive culture through development opportunities focused on Exact Sciences’ core values and organizational capabilities
    • Coordinate learning solutions across the organization
    • Administer learning solutions including scheduling, enrollment and content management
    • Collaborate with internal/external customers and SMEs to ensure the deployment of relevant learning solutions
    • Develop, design, facilitate professional development content on behalf of the organizational development function
    • Assist in the evaluation of learning solutions and data collection related to key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of organizational development strategies and plans


    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business or education major or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development/Learning & Development function
    • Training certifications or designations preferred
    • Familiar with HR, OD and L&D practices
    • Knowledge of adult learning theory principles and ADDIE model
    • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others; approachable & viewed as a responsive resource for employees and leaders
    • Demonstrated passion for organizational development and career development tools and trends
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to connect with and engage audiences
