The Business Integration Specialist plays a key role in helping projects meet business objectives. This role focuses on change initiatives – including changes to business processes, systems, environments, business integrations and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. The Business Integration Specialist works with key people to facilitate faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization to achieve better business results.
