  • Summary of Major Responsibilities

    The Business Integration Associate plays a key role in helping projects meet business objectives. This role focuses on change initiatives – including supporting changes to business processes, systems, environments, business integrations and organization structures. The primary focus will be supporting the Business Integration Partners and Project Managers to execute on change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Integrates change management activities into the overall project plan.
    • Executes targeted change management plans with project teams.
    • Develops communication tools to clearly articulate the change to a variety of audiences.
    • Collaborates with business integration partners and other change and communication leaders to create innovative methods to communicate change.
    • Supports the Organization Engineering team and company at-large with project and portfolio communications.
    • Coordinates communication and change plans to ensure timely delivery of all items.
    • Collaborates with project teams to identify, segment, and engage key stakeholders.
    • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
    • Communicate in innovative ways using visuals and other creative means.
    • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
    • Regular and reliable attendance.
    • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds for approximately 5% of a typical working day.
    • Ability to work in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
    • Ability to comply with any applicable personal protective equipment requirements.
    • Ability to travel approximately 5% of working time.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
    • 2+ years of experience in a professional environment.
    • Demonstrated expertise developing creative communication tools to reach several audiences.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • Demonstrated success with oral and written communications.
    • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and other editing tools.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Educational or professional background in writing, graphic design, or communications.
