The Senior Trainer acts as a float trainer and subject matter expert across multiple Customer Care Center subfunctions for new hire and existing employee training with guided direction of the department supervisor and Training & Development Manager. In addition, the Senior Trainer works closely with the Training & Development Supervisor and classroom training teams to ensure consistency in classroom delivery and content updates. Outside of the classroom, the Senior Trainer assists the Training & Development Manager in the design, delivery, and execution of training programs and projects that support the entire lifecycle of team members within the CCC. In this position, the Senior Trainer supports Exact Sciences through subject matter and training expertise which ensures that training solutions honor the complexity of cross-functional workflows and processes. Through data reporting, the Senior Trainer also suggests potential subjects for retrain and assists in the delivery of those subjects.
