The Human Resources Integrations Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of HR integrations of newly acquired entities, from the pre-close assessment and planning process through completed integration post-close. The Human Resources Integrations Manager will oversee and coordinate integration projects across different areas of HR; including, but not limited to, identifying appropriate stakeholders, scheduling meetings, organizing tasks and deliverables, tracking progress, and evaluating success of project upon completion. The Human Resources Integrations Manager will also create and use templates, checklists, and other resources to enhance integrations efficiency and efficacy. This role will identify metrics to measure integrations success, continually evaluate all aspects of the integrations process against these metrics and implement process improvements.
