Summary of Major Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the sourcing strategy to recruit a range of inclusive candidates by driving a recruiting plan, building research, developing industry profiles, networking, and sourcing.
  • Track, understand, and educate the TA Team on industry trends and current and future competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain a positive candidate experience for passive candidates, to include using systems and other tools to make this experience efficient.
  • Engage and partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the staffing and business needs.
  • Provide insight on recruitment strategy to increase our employment brand awareness with potential talent pools.
  • Create and maintain current and future talent pipelines and workflows in our applicant tracking system, or alternative tracking platform; provide regular updates to assigned Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Leaders.

  • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously.
  • Ability to use a telephone through a headset.
  • Ability and means to travel between Madison locations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources preferred; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of recent experience sourcing talent in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience sourcing and applying recruitment strategy utilizing a variety of creative techniques to uncover top talent.
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining robust and inclusive candidate pipelines for current and future business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience working in high volume recruiting, staffing agency, biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
  • Combination of corporate and agency experience.
