The Manager, Talent Sourcing will be responsible for building, developing, and coaching a highly autonomous and motivated strategic sourcing team. This position will be driving a one-team mentality throughout sourcing and in partnership with recruiting, hiring leaders, HR business partners, and business functions. The Manager, Talent Sourcing will be responsible for effective sourcing strategy, talent mapping our competitive landscape while supporting the team in building active and passive pipelines. This role will be key in the build-out of this team, as well as a key decision maker in the sourcing strategy.
