The Business Sourcing Specialist is a liaison between the Category Managers, the various internal business owner team(s), and both existing and potential suppliers. A sourcing, procurement, category-specific, or finance background is required for this role. The scope and focus of work will vary and require working with a diverse team of cross-functional stakeholders. The Business Sourcing Specialist is expected to support the sourcing process elements of a project and understand business requirements. Areas of focus include supplier evaluation, negotiation and/or related support, supplier due diligence, request for proposals (RFPs), and contracting support with suppliers. This role requires a persistent and eager individual to find solutions that meet Exact Sciences’ business needs while optimizing cost, quality, and risk outcomes.

This position will take a lead role in updating work instructions and processes streamlining the overall production process. The Production Associate I is an entry level position and is the starting point to acquire skills and training required for the Exact Sciences Production Operations team. The Data Engineer II will collaborate with different IT teams and will utilize technical expertise to design and develop complex solutions.
The Senior Analyst - IT Business Operations performs a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to help inform IT decisions and strategy. The analyst will work very closely with IT leadership, IT Strategy, and Finance to develop and manage operational budgets and forecasts, develop, analyze and report IT financials and KPIs, develop target performance measures and plans to achieve these, and undertake special and complex analyses as required. The Supervisor, Molecular Laboratory is responsible for the general supervision of the laboratory personnel and the daily operations of the molecular laboratory. This role may also perform high complexity laboratory testing on patient specimens, and quality control and quality assurance procedures while complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laboratory requirements. The high complexity nature of the work requires excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
The Supervisor, Molecular Laboratory will often be the first point of contact for molecular technologists and laboratory assistants during laboratory processing and will provide guidance while troubleshooting complex problems. This role must also act as a liaison between the laboratory staff, support departments, and senior management. As such, the Supervisor, Molecular Laboratory must exhibit leadership skills such as good judgment, sound analysis and decision making, the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the laboratory and across departments.

The Specimen Processing Associate II is responsible for the receipt, accessioning, processing, and storage of patient samples received into the lab. The Specimen Processing Associate II will perform all functions under the guided direction of the area supervisor. The Specimen Processing Associate II will follow all laboratory policies and procedures and maintain accurate data reporting practices to ensure consistent and diligent execution of specimen processing, testing, and timely generation of patient results. This position will also assist with projects and perform exception tasks, as needed. The Specimen Processing Associate II will be the subject matter expert for accessioning and blood processing.

The Sr Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, control systems, and equipment located within office, R&D, and GMP manufacturing locations.
