The Senior Health Information Technology (HIT) Strategic Account Manager plays a leadership role in supporting and promoting health information technology initiatives to assist Organized Customers in improving CRC screening. In partnership with the account managers (SAM/NAMs), the leads will work with C/D Suite leaders to identify opportunities for optimizing the many HIT technologies (e.g., E.H.R., P.H.M., add-on Solutions) which are currently being used by health system customers in-market.
This position will be remote covering the Northeast territory.
The GI Specialist is responsible for the effective promotion of Exact Sciences’ products in an assigned territory. The GI Specialist is to establish and continuously develop the relationship with gastroenterology physicians and their practices, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), Multi-Specialty clinics, and other healthcare providers (HCPs) within the designated territory, and where applicable, work in conjunction with Sales and Market Access and Reimbursement colleagues to gain access to executive-level and clinical decision makers.
This position is field based.
The Senior Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy development and execution of the overall non-personal promotion (NPP) plan for health systems and health information technology (HIT) marketing. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the health system omnichannel strategy and approach in collaboration with the extended brand efforts in this space. This role will be responsible for overall project management leadership to enable the execution of targeted NPP collaborations from scoping through to execution and business impact assessment.
The Associate Director, Health Information Technology (HIT) Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy and tactics for leveraging HIT capabilities across priority channels (e.g., Health Systems) which is aligned to the overall channel strategy. This individual will identify priority areas for investment across a rapidly evolving HIT environment; including, but not limited to, electronic health record (EHR), population health management (PHM), analytics, and solution providers which support our Exact Sciences’ mission of early cancer detection. This individual will oversee development and execution of solutions in market delivered through customer-facing personnel, such as HIT Leaders and Strategic Account Managers, and monitor business impact of each investment. This individual will serve as a subject-matter expert on HIT within channels, act as the liaison with lab information technology (IT), and continuously identify new and evolving technology which enables early cancer detection and allows Exact Sciences to differentiate ourselves in the minds of our customers.
The Associate Director, HIT Marketing will communicate with a wide cross-section of internal functions; including, but not limited to, senior leadership, to maximize the impact of their work.
The Senior Health Information Technology (HIT) Collaborations Manager will support the establishment and growth of value-added relationships with leading electronics health record (EHR), population health management (PHM), and digital vendors. This role will support the Health Systems HIT Collaborations leadership team to execute priorities and initiatives and provide overall operational support. The Senior HIT Collaborations Manager will work closely with our field-based HIT leader organization and other members of our health systems channel marketing team to execute HIT collaborations strategies, develop tactics, and promote successes.
The Associate Director, Health Information Technology (HIT) Collaborations will lead the establishment and growth of value-added relationships with leading electronic health records (EHR), population health management (PHM), and digital vendors. This role will build trust and productive relationships with targeted vendors and our health systems customers to develop new technology-based value propositions that expand colorectal cancer screening with Cologuard. This role will work closely with our field-based HIT leader organization and other members of our health systems channel marketing team to execute HIT collaborations strategies, develop tactics, and promote successes.
The preferred location for this role is Madison, WI, but we are open to U.S. remote-based individuals who are willing to travel, as needed.
The Senior Design Quality Engineer will lead a variety of activities supporting In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) new product development and risk management and will be responsible for quality evaluation and design control within the product development process. This position will work cross-functionally to support product design and/or maintenance of product design changes and ensure that the appropriate development controls are in place, consistent with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

A Software Engineer II focuses on improving software design, collaborating with and mentoring their peers and junior team members, and effectively communicates with other representatives of the business. The engineer creates, tests, and evaluates software applications and systems to make computers function according to specific requirements. This person must be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver software products to the business.
The Technical Support Analyst is an opportunity for an individual to obtain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. This position requires both technical and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role will be responsible for responding to operational break/fix scenarios, as well as upgrading and maintaining end user devices through regular refresh intervals and projects requiring new equipment. The Technical Support Analyst will work with other technical resources, adhere to procedures, workflows, and tools to provide exceptional support and customer service.
The Senior Solutions Architect (SSA) participates in the design of technology solutions that enable Exact Sciences business processes and functions. The SSA supports the Enterprise Architecture team by gathering requirements and providing design solutions to keep alignment with key strategic principles of company architecture. At times, conflicts will arise between short-term and long-term goals and compromises will need to be structured. The SSA will help prepare compromise options for discussion and be responsible for helping the Enterprise Architecture team retain institutional memory of the details of those decisions.
This role is committed to the support and development of all technology project solution roadmaps and plans, assuring that technology solutions meet business and technical requirements while aligning with long-term architectural and strategic goals. The SSA provides deep technical partnership across Exact Sciences domains, understanding the low-level details of system designs and supporting the project team with strategic decision making, project planning, and participating in development as an engineering resource.
Exact Sciences is seeking an experienced individual with strong statistical and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) skills. This role will guide statistical analyses and simulation models for oncology screening and diagnostic products. The individual will coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in HEOR and Medical Affairs in the design, analysis, reporting, and publication of clinical research and real-world evidence to communicate the value of Exact Sciences’ products to healthcare providers, payers, and policy makers. The ideal candidate will have experiences in molecular diagnostics in oncology, be able to apply statistical methods to diverse sources of data, and provide statistical leadership using model-based scientific, and business insights across all phases of product development.
The Cybersecurity Operations Analyst supports the implementation and administration of information security policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure the protection of networks, systems, applications, and data. This role will assist with the identification and mitigation of security-related risks and other risks associated with business continuity planning, the security operations center (SOC), and disaster recovery.
The Cybersecurity Operations Analyst will also be involved with day-to-day security operations; including, but not limited to, access audits, role validation, response to security events, and the recommendation of corrective action. This role will help ensure compliance with all security policies, standards, and applicable regulations and laws. This role will generate a detailed map of the disease state, market landscape, and market dynamics, and support competitive intelligence for the business. The Market Research and Competitive Intel Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional partners; including, but not limited to, marketing, commercial operations, pipeline, data strategy, analytics, corporate strategy, medical, and with counterparts in other business units.
The Senior Project Manager establishes and leads cross-functional strategic initiatives, and works with the business to follow best practices to ensure their projects meet business objectives and are accomplished on time and within budget. This role leads complex projects and requires considerable judgement and initiative. The Senior Project Manager ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
This Senior Project Manager will support the lab function and will be ideally based in the Phoenix, AZ area.
As an Applications Administrator, you will work on business systems design and configuration, upgrades and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Application Administrator will work to identify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Administrator will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements.

We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist, Machine Learning to join the Biostatistics and Informatics team. You will leverage electronic medical record (EMR) and electronic health record (EHR) data to lead the development of machine learning methods to enable earlier cancer detection and localization. You will conduct analyses on clinical data to drive the development of a state-of-the-art AI engine with that integrates multi-omics assay data and supports a continuous learning loop. In close collaboration with other machine learning scientists, statisticians, data scientists, clinical operation specialists and technology teams, you will help build high quality, scalable solutions to address a critical unmet medical need.
