The Policy and Training Governance Director will be responsible for building and oversight of the framework, processes, tools, and resources needed to support Exact Sciences corporate policies and associated training requirements. This role will create a corporate strategy and implement an effective operating model that supports our legal and compliance teams also working in the policy and training space.
The preference for this role is to be Madison, WI based and remote may be available to the perfect candidate.

The Group Fitness Instructor understands the importance of group exercise in developing community, increasing consistency, accountability and providing a pathway to increased regular physical activity. This role also supports the development and fostering of a culture of physical fitness that fully embraces the inclusion of a diverse workforce of over 2500 employees.
This is a 6-8 hours per week, part-time position.

This role will provide business partners with data insights and analytics to inform business decisions.

This role will be responsible for leading protein-based analytical assay development in support of developing impactful new diagnostic assays. The Director, Protein Biomarker Development will be a lead for internal and outsourced projects and collaborate with team members on a cross-functional basis. This position will play a critical role in driving protein biomarker focused assay development.
The Application Analyst will work on business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for the OnBase software. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Application Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements.
The Senior Maintenance Technician/HVAC Specialist is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and the preventative maintenance on all Exact Sciences’ heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This position is responsible for a wide range of equipment from large scale commercial grade HVAC systems to multi-zone systems that incorporate direct digital control (DDC), pneumatic, electronic, and/or programmable logic controls. This position is responsible for the fabrication of ducts, insulation, and checking systems and equipment for leaks. This position is responsible for drawing reviews and plans for HVAC modifications, troubleshooting, and leads the installation of components that require controls programming and linkage to the building automation system.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm. We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus to new hires for this role.

This role is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a team to appropriately deliver solutions that provide the business units with a core advantage to managing its business.
The Senior Manager, IT Business Solutions will be a key technology leader in driving, designing, and implementing business facing projects. This role will champion recommendations on evolving the business support systems to meet the growth demands the company continues to experience. This role will be collaborating with peer groups across functions and is the point person for technology leadership to business stakeholders.
The role of the Sales Training Manager position is to optimize Commercial effectiveness through both corporate office and field-based learning initiatives. The primary responsibilities include curriculum development, facilitating new hire training, group training programs, internal training support and field-based training support. The training sessions are designed to enhance selling skills and drive sales results while being consistently aligned to brand and sales strategies. The training content is determined by the Commercial Effectiveness team, Marketing team, and Specialty Sales Leaders. This Sales Training Manager will support the training and learning initiatives specific to the Primary Care sales force and related teams.
This position can be based in Madison, WI or field based.
The Scrum Master is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an Agile development environment. This role will include running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation, managing support tickets, and unblocking barriers to keep the team moving. The role will be responsible for communicating and collaborating primarily with technical business process, and senior management teams.
The Program Manager successfully delivers solutions to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. This role manages and leads large, high risk, high visibility, and critical projects for across the Organization. These projects are often highly complex and impact many users. This position ensures successful integration and communication between multiple projects. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with all levels of Exact Sciences.
This Program Manager will support the Research and Development enabling function within our complex IVD products and programs, which include systems, assays, reagents, instruments, and software. The position will manage product development programs with an emphasis on engineering and automation, while ensuring compliance with product development design controls. The Program Manager will partner with leads in R&D, Marketing, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, Exact Sciences Laboratories, Technical Services, and Operations, among others to ensure cross-functional coordination and timely delivery of new products.
The Systems Test Engineer I works with the systems development team to ensure that custom in vitro diagnostic systems meet design and customer requirements. The Systems Test Engineer I will use a technical background in software development and engineering, combined with an understanding of the system design, to analyze user needs, requirements, and specifications to assist in the creation of testing strategies and plans for verification and validation of the system designs.

Working in a team setting, the Senior Bioinformatics Scientist II will be involved in Research and Development projects serving as a technical lead and subject matter expert in exploring, researching, and testing new technologies or providing and developing ideas and concepts to improve or develop processes that add value or establish innovative methods and processes for product development towards development of diagnostic assay products.

This position performs the functions of the Laboratory Order Associate under the guided direction of the department Supervisor or designee. In this role, the Laboratory Order Associate ensures the quality and integrity of the data received into Exact Sciences Laboratories from healthcare providers and other clients. The primary responsibilities of the position is the timely entry of test orders and the resolution of test order issues to include enrollment, entry and clarification. The Laboratory Order Associate may provide outreach to the provider to convey results or they may also contact the providers to complete order clarification activities. The Laboratory Order Associate will follow all outlined departmental policies, processes, and procedures to fulfill their defined role.
The Order Support Specialist (Consumer Service) will be directly responsible for requisition receipt and intake of domestic fax orders, and for contacting physicians and other medical personnel when information on the order form is incomplete or unacceptable.

The Controls Engineer leads collaboration efforts with internal and external partners to procure, install, commission, and maintain equipment, as well as implement hardware and software process controls to monitor and control reagent manufacturing, material handling, and molecular diagnostic testing. The Controls Engineer identifies the best system architecture, develops equipment and instrumentation requirements, and monitors performance of systems. This role is responsible for the operational support that; includes, but is not limited to, defining process control strategies, system management, troubleshooting and configuration management, assisting maintenance and metrology team members with repair and service activities, and modifying programming for control systems used by Exact Sciences and Exact Sciences Laboratories.
This Automation Engineer position will provide engineering, operational, and maintenance support for SCADA systems in Madison, WI, Phoenix, AZ, San Diego, CA, Redwood City, CA, and other locations as required.
The Senior Medical Science Liaison II will act as a medical/clinical educational liaison to key departments within Exact Sciences and will be a member of the medical science liaison (MSL) group within the Precision Oncology business unit. This role will engage with customers and colleagues in our medical affairs and commercial groups to provide medical and scientific support for our on-market breast cancer and NGS diagnostic products, as well as help launch newer products acquired or developed by Exact Sciences.
This position is field based to be located in the Central U.S., including TX, LA, OK, AR, TN, MO, KS, NE.
