The Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Initiatives is a hands-on position which will work with various levels of management and departments throughout the precision oncology organization.
The Facilities System Application Administrator is responsible for managing the installation, implementation and future development of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other software applications, including updates and upgrades as necessary or required as a primary focus. This role will collaborate with Facilities users, internal customers and staff across all business units. This role will ensure that the assigned application, along other systems controlled or associated with the EXAS Facilities CMMS, are effectively implemented and maintained to meet the applicable regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include maintenance of the test and production environments, the validation of the system, acting as the lead system administrator in close coordination with power users, IT personnel, Facilities personnel and the Work Control Center Team in the oversight of the CMMS and related system.
The Equipment and Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers seeking equipment support and/or information for the computerized equipment maintenance management system (CMMS). The Equipment and Service Coordinator will provide support such as, user training, troubleshooting, equipment onboarding, service coordination, and will assist with reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). The Equipment and Service Coordinator, through excellent customer service, will be responsible for enabling customers to leverage CMMS to become more efficient and effective in the management of equipment and service.
The Facilities Planner and Scheduler is responsible for providing planning and scheduling support for all maintenance activities. This position is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This position will function as the primary point of contact for responding to customers work requests. This position will work directly with the maintenance teams and customers to accurately identify business needs and available resources to appropriately prioritize work requests. This will involve ensuring required resources are identified, planned, estimated, organized, and scheduled prior to execution for efficient utilization of the maintenance resources with a strong emphasis on customer service. They will work closely with the facilities maintenance department to plan and schedule facilities preventive maintenance work with the goal of minimizing equipment downtime and eliminating interruptions to normal operations. This position will be responsible for regularly reviewing planned and unplanned work requests, identifying material needs, prioritizing resources to ensure the most efficient use of available staff based on work backlog criticality. This role will collaborate closely with the EAM team to reduce cost of maintenance, implement facilities maintenance planning improvements and aggressively tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Senior Director, Commercial Management - MRD Products will lead the marketing and lifecycle functions responsible for minimal residual disease (MRD) products and will eventually have both upstream and downstream marketing responsibilities once the products are commercialized. Initially, the role will focus on early market development and drive the creation of the go-to-market strategy. They will be responsible for setting the vision and leading the commercialization strategy for the MRD portfolio of products across multiple indications Once on market, this leadership position will eventually also drive the long-term strategic development of the MRD products as well as establish the three-year commercial marketing strategy and execution.
The Senior Director, Commercial Management - MRD Products will initially start as an individual contributor, but will build a team of marketing leaders who are responsible for defining the positioning, segmentation, and messaging of MRD products, establishing an omnichannel marketing approach for promotion to include sales force tactics, non-person promotion opportunities, and initiatives utilizing the digital ecosystem. In the near term, the Senior Director, Commercial Management - MRD Products will focus on defining and executing a go-to-market strategy. Once the product is commercialized, the Sr. Director, Commercial Management - MRD Products will build and lead an additional team of expert product strategists who will manage and evolve the product portfolio over its lifecycle. This would include uncovering business insights to create robust business rationales/plans to evolve the product category over a 5 year time horizon. This includes product iterations, indication expansion, and other initiatives that will support the growth of the product category.
The Senior Director, Commercial Development - MRD Products must have the ability to develop a strategic narrative that creates a compelling story around the product portfolio and the critical factors to succeed commercially. The development of the MRD products will be driven by the Pipeline Business Unit. This role will provide the commercial perspective and voice of the customer (VOC) and be a member of the development core team up until commercialization at which point the Pipeline team will fully transition this program over to the Precision Oncology Business Unit. While the development of new pipeline products is outside the scope of this role, this role needs to have a strong understanding of the market, business needs, future trends, and collaborate with the pipeline/corporate strategy teams to identify and bring inorganic growth opportunities to the precision oncology business unit that will augment the MRD product portfolio.

Working in a team setting, the Research Scientist I, will primarily be involved in Research and Development projects serving as a technical lead in translating research ideas and concepts into the product development pipeline towards development of diagnostic assay products.
The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive hands-on experience in molecular biology specifically Next Generation Sequencing and data analysis.
