The Customer Care Center Trainer prepares and facilitates training for new hire and existing employee training in the Customer Care Center, with guided direction from training and development leadership. This role supports Exact Sciences Laboratories through subject matter and training expertise to ensure all team members are trained properly and competencies are successfully met. This role assists in maintaining accurate data reporting practices to ensure a consistent and diligent capture of training and competency. In addition, this role is responsible for keeping employees of multiple levels up to date on processes and procedures through training and editing training materials/assessments/competencies to reflect current process. Lastly, this role completes assigned competencies/end-user-proficiency assessments for learners and files training documentation appropriately. This role acts as a mentor for entry-level trainers.
The IT QA Validation Analyst is responsible for providing quality assurance and computer systems validation support activities across the IT department of Exact Sciences. The IT QA Validation Analyst will contribute to the development of standard processes and procedures for software applications and computer systems that are managed by IT. The IT QA Validation Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining these standard processes and contributing to IT process improvement projects. This role interacts with cross-functional groups across Exact Sciences to ensure the IT quality processes align with the quality processes in other areas of the business.
The IT Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities of corporate projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. This position ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
The Instrument Technician II manufactures and services custom and off-the-shelf laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assembly, investigation and diagnosis of failures, repair, and filing of manufacturing reports. This position will continuously work with others to ensure proper instrument function using a variety of tools and equipment per required specification in the instrument production area.
The IT Quality/Business Analyst is a member of the Information Technology (IT) team. This role fulfills both the business analyst and quality analyst roles for applications and systems development. The IT Quality/Business Analyst will shape the technology demands and drive quality among the Exact Sciences business community. The IT Quality/Business Analyst acts as an intermediary between IT project teams and business partners; including, but not limited to, define, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design with the use of the appropriate tools and models from which applications and solutions are developed. This role functions as the stakeholder and user advocate to understand their requirements and represent their interests to work with the implementation team. This role will execute the test strategy to provide objective evidence that system and application requirements are met. This role will be hands-on and require strategic reason and plans to ensure all requirements are met for overall quality of the intended solutions both functionally and technically.
The Accessioning Technician I is responsible for handling and recording patient and study specimens sent to Exact Sciences for testing. Daily operations within the Accessioning department include, but not limited to; order processing, case management, sample processing, management of associated documents and records, and inter-departmental communication and collaboration. An important part of the accessioning process is to identify incomplete or missing information and/or unacceptable specimens received, and to initiate outreach to physicians and other stakeholders for clarification in a timely manner to minimize impact on test turn-around-time.
To be successful in this role, the Accessioning Technician I must demonstrate the ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently in a regulated work environment, the ability to complete scheduled tasks and assignments with expected quality and throughput, and function effectively as a member of the Exact Sciences team. He or she is adaptive to change, detail oriented, focused, effective at managing time, organized and able to communicate within the department and to key internal customers to achieve common goals. He or she will participate in process improvement activities to ensure scalability and operational excellence. He or she will support or participate in internal and external audits and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory compliance with the applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The Senior Project Manager, Real Estate and Construction will be responsible for hands-on management of all facets of pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out phase of all assigned projects. The Senior Project Manager, Real Estate and Construction will facilitate and represent multiple stakeholder groups in working with design and construction partners and routinely report project status to project sponsors and team members.

The Clinical Curation Scientist will work within a team of clinical professionals to perform genomics knowledge mining and content derivation supporting Exact Sciences’ precision medicine platform. The Clinical Curation Scientist will collaborate with genomics and clinical teams to develop and implement an interpretive genomics guided therapy report that is informative and clinically relevant.
The Director, Clinical Quality and GCP Compliance is part of the clinical affairs team, which is responsible for planning, executing, managing, and closing projects associated with the company clinical study plans. This role will partner with the clinical affairs leadership team to drive clinical quality assurance (CQA) activities to include internal, vendor, and site audits, SOP development and review, process improvement, and training assessment. This position will also oversee the training team within clinical affairs. The Director, Clinical Quality Assurance and GCP Compliance will serve as an advisor to clinical affairs project teams, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholders for adherence to quality and compliance standards. This role will also provide leadership and support to members of multidisciplinary project teams, both internally and externally, and will provide professional development and guidance to assigned clinical affairs team members.
The Senior Internal Auditor conducts operational, financial, and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and company procedures. This role determines compliance with selected policies, procedures, and regulations, and helps assist with the risk management for the enterprise by acting as a liaison to the business for internal control conversations. This role makes written recommendations to management to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness of the control systems of functions with all levels of management and employees within the organization, internal audit personnel, and external auditors, and works with all levels across organization to promote good business practices.
The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, control systems, and equipment located within office, R&D, and GMP manufacturing locations. Additionally, this position supports automated fill, cap, and labeling, conveying, and product finishing equipment from set-up, to change-over and supports associated maintenance and troubleshooting as requested.
The Materials Management/Distribution Associate I will assist in a variety of Materials Management functions, including, but not limited to, requisitioning, inventory management, packaging, shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods and supplies. This position will work within defined protocols and procedures. This role will also complete a variety of transportation duties with an emphasis on inter-office material movements. The Process Validation Engineer III will provide expertise in validation and configuration management for Exact Sciences’ clinical laboratories and manufacturing facilities for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) consumables.
The Process Validation Engineer III will play an influential and executing role. This position will ensure that laboratory systems are installed, operate, and perform as specified, and that all laboratory processes are capable of reliably and repeatedly producing products of the required quality. This position will also partner closely with engineering and quality assurance to pilot new equipment and automation processes that are compliant with the applicable regulations and standards. This position will apply and advocate best practices in validation and configuration management, train the appropriate team members, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Working on our Urology Sales team, the Regional Urogenomic Liaison (RUL) will develop and implement a plan to maximize the utilization of our products in targeted accounts, while staying within budget, supporting corporate objectives and highlighting the delivery of our key selling messages. The RUL should also incorporate a high-level of service toward being the best in class for an assay provider. The RUL plans are used to solve challenging problems in a dynamic environment. The plans should emphasize the need to build and maintain comprehensive relationships and develop key contact and account records in our CRM system to manage these relationships. To do this plan, the RUL must have or be able to quickly develop a clear understanding of key territory-related clinical/political issues. The RUL will devote whatever time necessary to complete objectives outlined in the sales plan.
The Laboratory Support Services (LSS) Specialist will perform their duties under the guided direction of the department supervisor or designee. This position is responsible for the resolution of test order exception issues that arise during or after the order entry process and other duties as assigned. The Laboratory Support Services Specialist will occasionally work cross-functionally both internally and externally to support issue resolution. This position will follow all outlined departmental policies, processes, and procedures to fulfill their defined role.
Exact Sciences is seeking an experienced individual with demonstrated statistical and computational skills to participate in the post-marketing support of oncology screening and diagnostic products. The individual will coordinate and collaborate with internal and external team members in the design, analysis, reporting, and publication of clinical studies and real-world evidence generation. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing high dimensional data, preferably genomic data.
The Senior Manager, Quality Engineering will lead the quality engineering team in providing guidance and direct leadership to Exact Sciences for a variety of functions; including, but not limited to, manufacturing and validation activities that support production, supplier programs, risk management, and product development support and implementation. This role will design and implement quality engineering solutions for all tiers of the information technology solution stack from on-premise infrastructure, to cloud based SaaS application platforms. This role will work side by side with software engineering teams to assess quality needs and apply innovative, best of breed software engineering approaches. The Senior Manager, Quality Engineering will work with several cross-functional teams to create and execute a unified quality engineering (QE) strategy, standards, and technologies that are leveraged across the engineering and business partner organizations.
