The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Partner serves as the primary business hours point-of-contact for the 24/7/365 Exact Sciences GSOC, which is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of Exact Sciences’ employees, guests, and facilities.
The Global Security Operations Center Partner is integral to ensuring Exact Sciences’ team members are properly served by the corporate security department in a timely and efficient manner, assigning security or other resources, as appropriate, and properly documenting activity and calls for service. Additionally, the position requires excellent attention to detail, as the partner will proactively monitor and analyze data from intelligence platforms on any adverse situations that can impact business operations and/or the safety and security of Exact Sciences’ facilities, employees, or assets. The partner will also monitor the department’s enterprise access control/Video Surveillance system for irregularities and assign resources, as appropriate.
This role is either a shift of 2:30pm to 11pm OR 3pm to 11:30pm CT!
The Enterprise Reporting, Business Analyst will help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. This role will review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create resolutions through automated repeatable process. In addition, the Enterprise Reporting, Business Analyst will document business requirements to depict user needs with complimentary technical requirements.
The IT Quality/Business Analyst is a member of the Information Technology (IT) team. This role fulfills both the business analyst and quality analyst roles for applications and systems development. The IT Quality/Business Analyst will shape the technology demands and drive quality among the Exact Sciences business community. The IT Quality/Business Analyst acts as an intermediary between IT project teams and business partners; including, but not limited to, define, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design with the use of the appropriate tools and models from which applications and solutions are developed. This role functions as the stakeholder and user advocate to understand their requirements and represent their interests to work with the implementation team. This role will execute the test strategy to provide objective evidence that system and application requirements are met. This role will be hands-on and require strategic reason and plans to ensure all requirements are met for overall quality of the intended solutions both functionally and technically.
The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for current UI/UX analysis, research, UI design, and the evolution of the company’s design systems across digital channels and various products. With a user-centric approach, and in collaboration with development teams, business stakeholders, usability research partners, product, and analytics, this role will help build out multiple user experiences and UI frameworks in the form of: information architectures, design systems, low to high fidelity prototypes, task and workflow modeling, ethnography, persona development, rapid iterative usability testing, in-depth testing, best-practice implementation, and ensuring the ongoing practical and creative quality of user experience. The Payroll Specialist II is primarily responsible for performing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely administration of the company’s payrolls. This position will also perform clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance of electronic employee pay profiles in the ADP Payroll system. The Payroll Specialist II will act as a mentor to the Payroll Specialist and will provide back-up support to the Lead Payroll Specialist as needed.

The Senior HRIS Analyst will support our HR Systems primarily, but not limited to, Workday (Human Capital Management). The Policy and Training Governance Director will be responsible for building and oversight of the framework, processes, tools, and resources needed to support Exact Sciences corporate policies and associated training requirements.
