The Application Analyst will work on business systems design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for the OnBase software. As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The Application Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements.
The Senior Maintenance Technician/HVAC Specialist is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and the preventative maintenance on all Exact Sciences’ heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This position is responsible for a wide range of equipment from large scale commercial grade HVAC systems to multi-zone systems that incorporate direct digital control (DDC), pneumatic, electronic, and/or programmable logic controls. This position is responsible for the fabrication of ducts, insulation, and checking systems and equipment for leaks. This position is responsible for drawing reviews and plans for HVAC modifications, troubleshooting, and leads the installation of components that require controls programming and linkage to the building automation system.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm. We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus to new hires for this role.
The Senior Maintenance Technician/HVAC- Refrigeration Specialist will install, service, repair, troubleshoot, and perform the preventive maintenance on all HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role will be responsible for a wide range of equipment from large scale refrigeration systems and chillers to food-service coolers and ice machines, as well as data center related cooling, computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units, rack systems, etc. This role will connect refrigeration lines and electrical power sources, handle hazardous refrigerants, check systems and equipment for leaks, and will use drawings or manufacturers' instructions to troubleshoot and complete assigned work.
The hours for this position are first shift. We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus to new hires for this role.

This Program Manager will support the Research and Development enabling function within our complex IVD products and programs, which include systems, assays, reagents, instruments, and software. The Systems Test Engineer I works with the systems development team to ensure that custom in vitro diagnostic systems meet design and customer requirements. The System Application Administrator is responsible for managing the installation, implementation and future development of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other software applications, including updates and upgrades as necessary or required as a primary focus. This role will collaborate with Facilities users, internal customers and staff across all business units. This role will ensure that the assigned application, along other systems controlled or associated with the EXAS Facilities CMMS, are effectively implemented and maintained to meet the applicable regulatory requirements. The Senior Director, Commercial Management - MRD Products will lead the marketing and lifecycle functions responsible for minimal residual disease (MRD) products and will eventually have both upstream and downstream marketing responsibilities once the products are commercialized. Initially, the role will focus on early market development and drive the creation of the go-to-market strategy. They will be responsible for setting the vision and leading the commercialization strategy for the MRD portfolio of products across multiple indications Once on market, this leadership position will eventually also drive the long-term strategic development of the MRD products as well as establish the three-year commercial marketing strategy and execution.
The Senior Director, Commercial Management - MRD Products will initially start as an individual contributor, but will build a team of marketing leaders who are responsible for defining the positioning, segmentation, and messaging of MRD products, establishing an omnichannel marketing approach for promotion to include sales force tactics, non-person promotion opportunities, and initiatives utilizing the digital ecosystem. In the near term, the Senior Director, Commercial Management - MRD Products will focus on defining and executing a go-to-market strategy. Once the product is commercialized, the Sr. Director, Commercial Management - MRD Products will build and lead an additional team of expert product strategists who will manage and evolve the product portfolio over its lifecycle. This would include uncovering business insights to create robust business rationales/plans to evolve the product category over a 5 year time horizon. This includes product iterations, indication expansion, and other initiatives that will support the growth of the product category.
The Senior Director, Commercial Development - MRD Products must have the ability to develop a strategic narrative that creates a compelling story around the product portfolio and the critical factors to succeed commercially. The development of the MRD products will be driven by the Pipeline Business Unit. This role will provide the commercial perspective and voice of the customer (VOC) and be a member of the development core team up until commercialization at which point the Pipeline team will fully transition this program over to the Precision Oncology Business Unit. While the development of new pipeline products is outside the scope of this role, this role needs to have a strong understanding of the market, business needs, future trends, and collaborate with the pipeline/corporate strategy teams to identify and bring inorganic growth opportunities to the precision oncology business unit that will augment the MRD product portfolio.
The Associate Clinical Development Scientist, Clinical Affairs will contribute to the development of clinical evidence plans, clinical development strategies, and study designs to support clinical validation and clinical utility of IVD products. This position works with clinical development leaders and cross-functional study teams to design and execute clinical studies; including, but not limited to, protocol development, data interpretation, clinical study report writing, and scientific communication, such as abstracts, publications, presentations, etc.
