The Senior Technical Business Analyst position will work with development teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ultimately to verify that the work generated by the software development teams meets the stakeholders’ requirements.

The Medical Communications Science Specialist is responsible for communicating accurate and balanced clinical information on Genomic Health’s products and services to internal teams, healthcare professionals and consumers. The Medical Communications Specialist’s primary responsibilities include supporting creation of abstracts, posters and presentations, developing/reviewing and approving promotional materials, monitoring and managing medical information databases, supporting medical writing and publication planning, worldwide surveillance of published literature, and scientific meeting support.

The Clinical Laboratory Technical Specialist will provide services of technical nature in the technical laboratory. The Clinical Laboratory Technical Specialist is the front line to troubleshoot instruments, reagents, samples, and laboratory information system (LIS) issues, and ensure timely turnaround to for prompt test processing. This position will work directly with technical specialist leadership and technical laboratory leadership to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing, and laboratory processes. This position is also responsible for maintaining LIS functionality, verifying result release, pending list management, and investigating issues. The Clinical Laboratory Technical Specialist will perform complex laboratory tests in the clinical laboratory to provide physicians with rapid and accurate laboratory test results.
The hours for this position are Saturday-Tuesday 11:00am-9:30pm.
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays an important role in supporting the Field Sales organization by triaging sales calls, calling prospective accounts, filling and calling upon uncovered territories, and other sales related activities. The Research Scientist I, with limited guidance from more experienced scientists, works individually and in collaboration with others on multiple projects which are moderate to complex in scope. The Research Scientist I plays an active role in planning of projects and experiments and is often the technical lead responsible for the successful execution of the project. This position involves independently making detailed observations, analyzing data and interpreting results. Working in a team setting, the Research Scientist I, will primarily be involved in Research and Development projects serving as a technical lead in translating research ideas and concepts into the product development pipeline towards development of diagnostic assay products.
The Sample Accessioning Technician is responsible for handling and recording patient and study specimens sent to Exact Sciences for testing. This role will be responsible for daily operations; including, but not limited to, order processing, case management, sample processing, management of associated documents and records, and inter-departmental communication and collaboration. An important part of the accessioning process is to identify incomplete or missing information and/or unacceptable specimens received, and to initiate outreach to physicians and other stakeholders for clarification in a timely manner to minimize impact on test turn-around-time. The Sample Accessioning Technician may act as a back-up to the Data Entry Specialist team to ensure the quality and integrity of the data received into Exact Sciences Laboratories; including, but not limited to, timely entry of test orders, resolution of test order issues, enrollment, entry, and may contact providers to complete order clarification activities.

The Strategic Account Manager, Northeast Oncology is responsible for expanding patient access to precision oncology’s products/brands by forming partnerships with key strategic accounts and health systems on a regional level within the Northeast United States. This position is the strategic leader and visionary for a defined set of strategic accounts to include large oncology groups, academic centers, and health systems. This position is accountable for driving adoption through creating and executing a strategic plan encompassing business, clinical, and technical offerings that deliver improved and enhanced patient outcomes.
This position will serve a critical dual liaison role by delivering our product value proposition, marketing messages, programs, and information to key customers, and work internally with cross functional teams to ensure execution of successful pull through plans to serve this customer base well and grow the business. This position will collaborate with cross functional partners, the extended strategic accounts team, and numerous colleagues across the company. This position also has the opportunity to partner with colleagues in the screening business unit in order to leverage the Cologuard product and their strategic accounts expertise/best practices.
