The Triage/Order Quality Associate I (TOQI) will be responsible for the accurate and timely work of filing insurance claims for Exact Sciences. This role will demonstrate medical insurance knowledge by determining initial and/or ongoing eligibility, coverage, and related insurance reimbursement order details, including commercial, government, and all various plan coverage. This role will identify order and reimbursement deficiencies, route orders for appropriate actioning, and document actions taken within the systems for claims lifecycle tracking. This role will also support the broader activities of ensuring appropriate coverage by utilizing Epic, external portals, and other software, and communicate insurance information to ancillary departments and other teams within the reimbursement operations departments.

They will identify opportunities and will support initiatives that strategically build the organization’s brand.  They will recommend, document, and champion efforts to improve brand through process improvement or standardization.  The Director, Marketing Communication and Branding will manage the editorial calendar across all products and be the point of contact with agency partners and vendors.  The Director, Marketing Communications and Branding will play a significant role in building out the brand architecture for the portfolio of products and create the templates, playbooks, and establish brand guidelines for each of the product families.   The successful candidate is a creative and collaborative leader who brings energy and insight to deliver high-impact marketing communications that build brand value and deliver measurable results to the business.
