The Triage/Order Quality Associate I (TOQI) will be responsible for the accurate and timely work of filing insurance claims for Exact Sciences. This role will demonstrate medical insurance knowledge by determining initial and/or ongoing eligibility, coverage, and related insurance reimbursement order details, including commercial, government, and all various plan coverage. This role will identify order and reimbursement deficiencies, route orders for appropriate actioning, and document actions taken within the systems for claims lifecycle tracking. This role will also support the broader activities of ensuring appropriate coverage by utilizing Epic, external portals, and other software, and communicate insurance information to ancillary departments and other teams within the reimbursement operations departments.
The Laboratory Technician will support the daily operations of the histology laboratory. This role will demonstrate the skills and competency to work in a high throughput production environment, the ability to assist laboratory personnel in patient sample processing and all other support functions, the initiative to contribute to laboratory projects, and to address laboratory needs and issues. The Laboratory Technician may assist in a lead capacity to coordinate tasks, divide workload, manage projects, and review documents.
The Communications Coordinator provides operational support for Exact Sciences’ commercial team by developing and distributing internal communications and executing processes for content revision control.
The Community Relations Specialist will execute communication tactics that deliver measurable results to support our corporate priorities and reputation. This individual will advance and protect Exact Sciences’ corporate reputation by highlighting the company as a leading employer and promoting our corporate social responsibility efforts, specifically environmental impact work. Additional duties include managing the cross-functional Sustainability team, supporting the internal communication needs for the Pipeline business unit, and supporting communication needs for Exact Sciences’ corporate social media channels.
As a member of the Corporate Affairs team, the position will bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build and maintain community and media relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to collect the data to measure Exact Sciences’ social responsibility impact.
The Supervisor, Research, with limited guidance from more experienced scientists, works individually and in collaboration with others on multiple projects which are moderate to complex in scope. This position plays an active role in the planning of projects and experiments and is often the technical lead responsible for the successful execution of the project. The Supervisor, Research will primarily be involved in early research and discovery projects, serving as a technical lead in translating research ideas and concepts into the product development pipeline. This position provides leadership to a team of junior research associates by defining clear and realistic goals, clearing barriers to success, and understanding of skills and tasks associated with successful execution. This person is also responsible for supporting a collaborative environment that promotes positive teamwork where all members are working for the good of Exact Sciences.

The Data Scientist performs data analysis to extract knowledge or insight from structured or unstructured data. This position will apply advanced statistical algorithms for analysis of large-scale, complex datasets. This position will keep up to date with cutting-edge techniques in programming, machine learning, big data, and healthcare modeling and will seek ways to advance the organization’s capabilities in analytics.
The Workforce Specialist is responsible for administrative workforce duties. This position will assist in creating and maintaining workforce management policies and procedures and will partner with the Customer Care Center leadership to determine the most effective method of communicating changes to all associates. This position ensures that the Customer Care Center teams have the right number of skilled associates in the right place at the right time to handle an accurately forecasted workload at the desired service level and response time goals. This position communicates real time and historical workforce performance results to the Customer Care Center teams. This position will partner with Workforce Management leadership to provide information to Customer Care Center leadership on associates about appropriate work statuses and behavior documented in order to achieve our goals. This position will require real time monitoring of call queues, responding to email inquiries received from patients, and maintaining a call volume balance with calls arriving in the center, as well as the automated outbound calling application. If workload warrants, this position may support other functions of the Customer Care Center.

The Product Lifecycle Manager, MAP Tissue will be responsible for product strategy and lifecycle management of the on-market Oncotype MAP Pan-Cancer Tissue test and related variations. This position will be responsible for the product definition, intended use, market requirements, business model, market entry roadmap, and marketing strategies of on-market products to enable continued growth and evolution over its lifecycle.
The Product Lifecycle Manager, MAP Tissue will identify line extension opportunities, indication expansion, and the timing of product end-of-life. This position will accomplish these tasks by relying on a deep understanding and knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitive pressures, as well as establishing short and long-term objectives and plans that transform the product strategy into clear measurable results. The Product Lifecycle Manager, MAP Tissue will be responsible for driving the team towards execution of these plans and will accomplish tasks through interactions with a broad range of functions involved with the development and commercialization of Exact Sciences products including research and development (R&D), clinical, operations, program management, commercial, pipeline business unit (BU), international BU, finance, regulatory, and legal functions. This position will collaborate with and influence varying levels of internal and external personnel with a strong team-focused approach, direct interactions with customers, and public presentations.
The Associate Director Marketing, MAP Liquid and GEM ExTra will be accountable for leading and executing the commercialization plan, market development, and commercial launch for pan-cancer therapy selection products in precision oncology. This position will lead a team to garner deep customer insights, build market segmentation, develop product and portfolio positioning, craft launch strategies, define tactics and content, ensure operational readiness, and sustain market growth. This role will lead a team to ideate, execute, and deliver brand campaigns, marketing materials, messaging, market development activities, key customer relationships, website content, and various other projects/programs directly promoting the product brands.

The Laboratory Service Optimization Engineer is responsible for the initial service of new equipment during the post launch phase and working to optimize the service until transitioning the full service to the whole Instrument and Automation Services team. This role will also be an integral point of integrating service needs for new laboratories. The Laboratory Service Optimization Engineer will work closely with new laboratory projects that effect the equipment support as a core team member to ensure we drive in our service requirements.

The Director, Marketing Communication and Branding will manage the editorial calendar across all products and be the point of contact with agency partners and vendors. The Director, Marketing Communications and Branding will play a significant role in building out the brand architecture for the portfolio of products and create the templates, playbooks, and establish brand guidelines for each of the product families.

They will be an individual contributor director initially and will build a small team over time. The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Oncotype DX® GPS™ will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, initiatives, and providing comprehensive support across the entire spectrum of marketing activity for the Oncotype DX GPS product. This role will manage brand strategy and associated marketing materials, promoting and educating physicians on Oncotype DX GPS.
The Sample Processing Technician is responsible for the accessioning, processing, labeling, and interim storage of whole blood samples received for Research and Development purposes. The Sample Processing Technician performs the functions of specimen processor under the guided direction of the Sample Coordinator and is expected to follow all laboratory policies and procedures and maintain accurate data reporting practices to ensure consistent and diligent execution of sample processing.
The Product Lifecycle Management Associate Director, Breast and Colon Cancer, will provide comprehensive support across the entire spectrum of strategy, product road mapping, and assessing expansion opportunities for the oncotype DX breast and colon recurrence score assays as well as future products and solutions for both disease states. This position will provide product management responsibilities; including, but not limited to, the development of long- and short-term strategic plans, development of new patient reports and test requisition forms, ensure seamless integration of new products into the order-to-reports infrastructure, and ensure superior customer experience. The Product Lifecycle Management Associate Director, Breast and Colon Cancer will create strategic rationales, competitive analysis, market sizing, financial modeling, evidence generation strategies, medical and clinical reviews, commercialization strategies, and support product launches and improvements.

The Senior Associate Scientist, Technical Transfer will lead or assist in a variety of technical transfer and continuous improvement activities that facilitate process and product transfer into operations. This position will develop, document, validate, and implement new processes and procedures into production as part of the design transfer process.
