The Quality Control (QC) Technical Specialist provides services of technical nature within the quality control and clinical laboratory service areas. This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory QC in scheduling, coordinating, analyzing, and implementing quality control activities in the laboratory. The QC Technical Specialist is the primary individual responsible for collecting and analyzing quality control data, and is the front line for detecting systemic test system issues for the laboratory area. The QC Technical Specialist works directly with the Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory QC, as well as the Clinical Laboratory Quality Control Lead, to anticipate and resolve issues related to completing of required quality control sample processing, and the timely resolution of any detected issues.
The Supervisor, Quality Assurance Engineering is responsible for providing leadership and day-to-day oversight to the quality assurance (QA) team. This position will play a key role in the development, refinement, execution of quality standards, design controls, and quality audits to successfully deliver products and services to customers in alignment with the business needs of the company. The Supervisor, Quality Assurance Engineering will be involved in all phases of product development which include requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, support, and change management.
The Associate Buyer is responsible for assisting in the procurement of raw materials across all areas of Exact Sciences business; including, but not limited to, Research, Development, Operations, and Services. This position is expected to perform routine data entry related to purchase requisition to purchase order transformation. The Associate Buyer will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining delivery dates, communicating changes of delivery schedules to end users, expediting orders, resolving discrepancies in orders and deliveries, and supporting departmental projects.
The Clinical Laboratory Scientist I is responsible for performing high complexity laboratory testing on patient specimens, interpreting and reporting patient results, performing quality control and quality assurance procedures and complying with all applicable local, state and federal laboratory requirements.
The high complexity nature of the work requires excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
This role is temporary with flexible hours.

The Commercial Services Meetings and Events Manager will manage and execute a variety of events to include, national sales meetings, customer events, sales training, and support commercial operations. This role will oversee outside vendors and be responsible for managing vendor relations which may include any request for proposal (RFP) processes with vendors, negotiate hotel/vendor contracts, make travel arrangements, and manage association sponsorships. The Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations will lead a team responsible for inventory management, planning, tracking, and control of inventory and non-inventory materials supporting all assigned Exact Sciences’ sites. This role’s overall responsibility is to ensure that product availability is maintained across all functions to meet company goals. The Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations oversees receiving, shipping, and incoming raw material inspection providing support across all functions and is responsible for overseeing development of warehouse processes, cleanliness, organization, safety compliance, and space planning across all assigned Exact Sciences warehouse sites. This role provides clear direction for work in the department and collaborates with centralized supply chain and logistics functions to meet the needs of the businesses supported at the assigned sites.
The Facilities Engineer I will provide engineering support and document changes to existing and new qualified and non-qualified systems in support of infrastructure and production. This role will act as system administrator for building automation systems maintaining settings, sequences, alarm management, and developing improvement opportunities. The Facilities Engineer I will guide system design by quantifying requirements, calculating required capacities, reviewing drawings, and working with third-party designers. This position will rely on a strong background with facility systems, to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, and refrigeration, as well as a background in control systems design and administration.

This role manages a team of technical laboratory training leaders and/or specimen processing training leaders and supports the day-to-day operations and development of the team. The primary responsibility for this role is the overall development and execution of the Exact Sciences Laboratories training program; including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, training, retraining, corrective actions, processing, and updating training materials and documentation. The Manager, Clinical Laboratory Training is responsible for the creation and/or approval and maintenance of in-house training programs; including, but not limited to, development, coordination, and execution of learning plans and strategies.
The Assistant General Counsel, Employment will provide broad legal support for the company with a primary focus on employment law. This role will be expected to efficiently manage outside counsel that may be used to assist in these efforts, and will also support significant transactions by conducting research, facilitating due diligence, and participating in negotiations, as needed.

The Professional Medical Representative is responsible for creating and winning Exact Sciences sales opportunities in an assigned territory. The Professional Medical Representative is responsible to establish and continuously develop the relationship with primary customer targets (Primary Care and Family Practice physicians) in their assigned territories and where applicable, work in conjunction with Sales and Market Access and Reimbursement colleagues to gain access to executive-level decision makers. This position reports to the Area Manager.

The Lead Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist provides leadership support to the technical lab staff. This person is also responsible for being the workflow and troubleshooting point person in the technical lab. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting day-to-day activities in the laboratory to ensure timely and accurate testing. The Lead Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist works directly with the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing, and laboratory processes. This position is also responsible for verifying result release and pending list management and investigation. The Lead is expected to spend at approximately half of their time performing laboratory testing on the bench.
The Senior Medical Science Liaison II – GHI will provide medical and scientific support for our on-market breast cancer and next generation sequencing (NGS) precision oncology products, as well as to launch newer products acquired or developed by Exact Sciences.
This position is field based to be located in the Midwestern U.S.
The Senior Market Development Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical plans that engage potential and current customers to advance Exact Sciences pipeline products and services. This role is responsible for developing and ensuring functional alignment for the promotional strategy, field force targeting, and field-executed marketing programs for pipeline products. The Senior Market Development Account Manager will represent the customer voice to internal stakeholders; including, but not limited to, clinical, legal, sales, finance, marketing, laboratory, and operations.
This position is field based.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining general ledger accounts and business transactions of the organization, applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). This includes creating financial transactions and reports from that information. The Staff Accountant will evaluate transactions for proper classification and making decisions regarding the posting of the transactions. The Staff Accountant reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy, assists with establishing policies and procedures for financial reporting, and helps maintain the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance.
This Staff Accountant role provides support to the small subsidiary team.
