The Security Specialist works under the direction of the Corporate Security Manager to supervise, mentor, and train the Corporate Security team, ensuring Corporate Security functions are carried out in a manner that supports departmental and company guidelines, policies, and procedures. The Security Specialist assists in the monitoring and integrity of the electronic surveillance and access control systems used on Exact Sciences premises, and allocates security resources appropriately based on company and departmental needs. The Security Specialist works with security staff to develop security and risk management plans for Exact Sciences facilities as well as networking and building relationships with employees across all departments and business units to ensure the security of company employees, visitors, and assets.
The Lead Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist provides leadership support to the technical lab staff. This person is also responsible for being the workflow and troubleshooting point person in the technical lab. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting day-to-day activities in the laboratory to ensure timely and accurate testing. The Lead works directly with the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing, and laboratory processes. This position is also responsible for verifying result release and pending list management and investigation. The Lead is expected to spend at approximately half of their time performing laboratory testing on the bench.
This is a second shift position working the hours of 2:30 pm - 1:00 am Friday - Monday.
The Revenue Cycle Association (RCA) position, while having a specific focus, is designed to be highly cross-functional. An RCA will initially specialize in one of the following areas:
· Data entry, processing, and resolution of assigned errors and rejections related to the submission of billing files
· Work closely with other members of the Customer Care Center, patients, payors, and physicians to ensure missing or incorrect information is resolved timely.
· Post payments and adjustments timely and accurately in accordance with department guidelines.
· Follow-up on unpaid claims, determine, and perform the appropriate next step – contact insurance payors and patients, file appeals, and ensure denials are resolved timely.
Exact Sciences is the developer of Cologuard, the non-invasive stool-based DNA test for colorectal cancer. While the company remains focused on turning Cologuard into a blockbuster, we are actively developing additional diagnostic tests that are broadly focused on using liquid biopsy to detect cancer.
The Senior Technical Product Manager (STPM) helps drive product development for new products. This position works closely with R&D, operations, quality assurance, clinical affairs, and regulatory to develop a new product from feasibility to FDA approval. The STPM is focused on the development of the product itself. Thus, the technology platform, laboratory workflows, labeling, assay configuration etc. are the focus of this position. Additionally, the STPM must develop an in-depth understanding of the clinical utility of the product and support early product positioning and go-to-market-strategy. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding collaboration and project management skills including the ability to manage without authority, communicate effectively with R&D and Operations teams and external partners, and be able to think strategically.
The Quality Engineering Intern will assist the Quality Engineering Team with support of the Operations group, investigation into exceptions, execution of study protocols, and other support functions as assigned. Additionally, this position supports automation equipment like fill, cap, and labeling, conveying, and product finishing equipment and performs maintenance and troubleshooting. This is a multi-skilled electrical maintenance position at Exact Sciences.
The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise, lead, train and assist a team of maintenance personnel that are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of multiple facilities comprised of office, GMP laboratories, clinical laboratories, research laboratories and warehouse areas. In addition, this position will assist the Senior Facilities Manager in responsibilities such as programs and activities around maintenance, sustainability, and business continuity.

The Marketing Manager, Heathcare Provider determines the optimal promotional strategy and tactical mix to increase product awareness, conversion and utilization among healthcare professionals, specifically primary care and gastroenterologists. In this role, s/he is responsible for identifying potential partners and opportunities to educate healthcare providers on the clinical validity and utility of Cologuard, developing agreements, and executing programs. S/he is also responsible for exploring and executing on healthcare professional-facing advertising opportunities. The Manager, Medical Education will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs to ensure that partners, programs, and content meet high standards of quality, credibility, and trust to reach and influence targeted audiences for Cologuard. The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the success of critical Talent Acquisition initiatives, processes and events. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing the employment offer & conversion process, onboarding process and the Employee Referral Program for their assigned areas of support. In addition, this position will play a support role in the maintenance of various metrics and reporting activities as well as posting of positions to various advertising resources.
The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance at Exact Laboratories and will coordinate repairs with the Senior Facilities Manager. Supported systems and equipment will be facility related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, control systems, and equipment located within office, R&D, GMP and Clinical locations. The Maintenance Technician will also provide support to ongoing process and procedure improvement. The Maintenance Technician may also assist in a backup capacity to the Senior Maintenance Technician in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, repairs and maintenance and assisting with projects and on-call coverage. The position will work within defined procedures and may assist in developing and documenting new procedures. The Facilities Technician will report to the Senior Manager of Facilities.
