The Associate Quality Assurance Engineer will provide support to Operations for a variety of functions such as material receipt, production, process validation, facility qualification, and test method validation to determine the acceptability of material and the process in which it was manufactured. The position may lead or assist in developing and documenting new procedures for Operations and Quality Engineering. The position will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Operations group to support day-to-day activities through investigation management and evaluating material for release to distribution. This position will operate independently with periodic supervision.

The Maintenance Technician – Painter/Finisher is responsible for preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, and completing painting duties by providing a clean, attractive finished product in a reasonable time frame. This role will repair areas that are worn, damaged, or where wall fixtures were removed, and complete sheetrock or plaster repairs. They will accurately follow corporate branding standards and color schemes and will be responsible for interior and exterior paint finishes to include, flooring, lab casework, parking lots and ramps. #LI-

The Portfolio Communications Director will develop and execute the public relations and communications strategic plan for Cologuard in the United States. This role will maximize the impact and reach of Exact Sciences externally focused content and expand media awareness and coverage of Cologuard. The Portfolio Communications Director should have experience working with scientific key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, and medical societies. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to translate novel, complex health care technologies into terms easily understood by members of the media and targeted audiences.
The Commercial Analytics Manager is responsible for providing analytical leadership by integrating execution, sales and marketing data to drive analytics and reporting. This leader will strengthen the brand team’s understanding of the market and support the execution of the business strategies that propel the brand growth in the market. By operating independently, the manager will identify and address key business issues relative to product performance by adopting a collaborative approach with stakeholders. This role will lead the generation and communication of data driven insights to business partners within the commercial organization. The manager will proactively develop key strategic initiatives, identify and measure KPIs to inform business decisions. The report generation responsibilities of the role include strategizing, processing organized data to develop dashboards and automate reports to be efficient with handling repetitive requests. The manager is also expected to socialize the key reporting dashboards with stakeholders and advocate for self-service to optimize the use of resources within the team. The manager should be proficient in the application of various big data analytical platforms and advanced analytical techniques used by the commercial analytics team.
The Equipment Service Administrator II (ES Admin II) is responsible for creating and maintaining equipment records for all new clinical laboratory instrumentation. This role is also responsible for coordination and scheduling of service activities for all equipment in the laboratory. Service activities to be coordinated include installation, qualification, maintenance, calibration, and service/repair. The individual in this role will work within the Service Operations team and also directly with the service technicians/engineers to ensure service activities are performed as scheduled. The ES Admin II will also work with Materials Management, Accounting, Supply Chain/Purchasing, and Third-Party Vendors in performing the expected duties of this position.
The Director of Cybersecurity Strategy and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) will create and execute a GRC program and strategy that identifies, assesses, communicates, and addresses cybersecurity risks within the Exact Sciences Enterprise. This leader must have a key understanding of cybersecurity principles, policies, risk management.
This leader will develop an enterprise-wide management system to obtain, assess, and gain insight from information (Cybersecurity Telemetry, Incidents, Audits, Ethical Hacks, Compliance Reviews) to present to CISO and our Cybersecurity Leadership team (CLT). The CISO and the CLT will provide direction on risk appetite for the company, which this leader will incorporate into the cybersecurity strategy and security programs.
This leader will manage a team responsible for building processes to manage compliance and audit activities related to client requests, offering compliance, and external third parties.
The Director, Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Management will create and execute a SOC and Incident Management program that rapidly identifies, assesses, and mitigates cybersecurity threats and incidents within the business.
This leader will build and run an efficient and effective Enterprise Security Operations Center to gather asset inventory and device telemetry from all functions of the business. The Director will oversee a team that will analyze data, prioritize the insights to rapidly identify unauthorized intrusions and compromised environments, and take actions to address them.
The leader will enhance and manage the current incident management process by partnering with key functions across the Enterprise to rapidly assess active incidents and direct appropriate actions to remedy the concern. The Supervisor, R&D plays an active role in planning of projects and experiments and is often the technical lead responsible for the successful execution of the project. This position involves independently making detailed observations, analyzing data, and interpreting results. Working in a team setting, the Supervisor, R&D, will primarily be involved in Research and Development projects serving as a technical lead in translating research ideas and concepts into the product development pipeline towards development of diagnostic assay products. This position provides leadership to a team of junior Research Associates by working to define clear and realistic goals, clearing barriers to success, and understanding of the skills and tasks associated with successful execution. This person is also responsible for supporting a collaborative environment that promotes positive teamwork where all members are working for the good of Exact Sciences.
The Health System Digital Collaborations Associate Director leads the digital collaborations strategy for Cologuard in the health systems channel. This role will source, develop, and build the digital collaborations space to support health systems efforts to expand colorectal cancer (CRC) screening with Cologuard. They will be required to effectively utilize market research and analytics to inform strategy development and solution deployment. Additionally, this Associate Director will partner extensively within Exact Sciences to bring the health systems Health Information Technology (HIT) Collaborations strategy to fruition; interacting with leadership across the company on a regular basis to bring all teams along with the Digital Collaborations build.
The Line Cook will prepare, cook, and assemble dishes in their assigned area while maintaining sanitation standards. This position will handle food in adherence to the recipe standards to ensure that all food prepared meets Exact Sciences standard of excellence.
The Histology Assistant I is responsible for receiving the FFPE samples into the histology laboratory for preparation of DNA extraction, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and H&E staining. This position will adhere to all safety, quality controls and procedures, while learning and performing all functions of histology, pathology, and molecular aspects needed in the laboratory.
The Senior Software Engineer (SSE) will be integral to the design and development of software for Exact Sciences. The Senior Software Engineer focuses on improving software design, collaborating with, and mentoring, their peers and junior team members, and communicating effectively with other representatives of the business. The Senior Software Engineer creates, tests, and evaluates software applications and systems to make software programs function according to specific requirements. This person must be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver software products to the business.

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Exact Sciences EHS Programs. The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will primarily support Precision Oncology Laboratories (San Diego) including the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, training and monitoring workplace practices and activities with leadership oversight to ensure that employees abide by company policies and government safety regulations. The position ensures laboratory compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), College of American Pathologists (CAP) and other Federal, State and Local agencies as necessary.
The Automation Engineer III will be responsible for architecting and developing new capabilities within Exact Sciences’ infrastructure and enterprise applications. The Automation Engineer III will be an experienced Automation Engineer and will have a passion for automation and will be able to lead the automation and environment management activities for a wide range of information technology (IT) platforms at Exact Sciences. A successful candidate is an analytical thinker and technologist that can improve and leverage existing Python and PowerShell scripts and modules to expand the desired state configuration (DSC) and heterogeneous platforms to improve their manageability.
