The Director, Product Lifecycle Management, MAP Liquid and GEM ExTra will create the product strategy and drive execution of the plans for multiple clinical NGS therapy selection products. This position is responsible for the program definition, voice of customer research, target product profile, intended use, market opportunity assessment and financial model, customer requirements, go-to-market strategy, product lifecycle roadmap, and business/ strategic plan. This position will also lead teams that will take projects from concept to commercial readiness, and drive initiatives that will take strategic priorities from ideas to operational excellence. In addition, this role will oversee a team responsible for product management tactics; including, but not limited to, implementation of test requisition forms, seamless integration of new products into the order-to-reports infrastructure, report design and updates, management of specimen collection and transport kit boxes, and execution of product enhancements/indication expansions.
The Senior Software Engineer II will use strong technical skills to design, develop, and test our order management application using Epic-based solutions. This individual will help build/architect systems for our new platform that makes order management easy to use. Additionally, they will be a part of a team of engineers that start and see through the deployment of projects while actively participating in discussion, design, development, validation/testing, and deployment of the project.

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the daily activities that play a critical role of clinical studies according to protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and federal and applicable regulations. The CRC collects and records clinical research data and maintains study files. This position may also coordinate internal and external collaborative projects, timelines, priorities, and specimen transport and tracking across multiple Exact Sciences locations.
The Senior Biomedical Data Engineer I is responsible for ensuring the accurate, complete, and timely collection, delivery, and tracking of data from Research, Commercial, and Manufacturing laboratories for analysis, reporting, and presentation. This person is also responsible for supporting a collaborative environment that promotes positive teamwork where all members are working for the good of Exact Sciences. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding analytical thinking, collaboration, and communication.
This role requires a wide range of experience in multiple areas of expertise including Bioinformatics pipeline development and analysis, Data Engineering, Computer Programming, and Database Management. This position uses a variety of programming languages, tools, and databases to compile and present accurate datasets. The candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and be able to manage their own projects with minimal supervision, and be able to provide supervised leadership and functional expertise for development, study, and process teams.

The engineer creates, tests, and evaluates software applications and systems to make computers function according to specific requirements. This person must be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver software products to the business.
The Senior Laboratory Support Services Quality Specialist supports Exact Sciences Laboratories, Laboratory Support Services (LSS) Teams, and the Laboratory Support Services Quality Specialists (LSSQS) to ensure processes are providing the highest quality outcomes. This position will review work performed by various functions of the LSS areas to make sure that quality is measured and that compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) is ensured. This role work with members of area leadership and training teams, as necessary, to identify opportunities for improvement through root cause evaluation and present reporting to aid in decision making. As duties require exposure to individual performance data and internal departmental processes, the maintenance of confidentiality is essential.
The Laboratory Medical Director will ensure test results provided by the clinical laboratory are accurate, timely, and appropriately supported with medical consultancy to the ordering physicians and their patients. This role will ensure all tests offered by the clinical laboratory are appropriately analytically and clinically validated, and all aspects of pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical laboratory services are provided in compliance with a well-documented quality management system (QMS) to meet all applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards.

This role will work with training and development leadership to take direction on design projects, requirements, and work with various subject matter experts (SMEs) to execute. This position supports design for all training sub teams; including, but not limited to, Patient Support, Provider Support, Laboratory Support Services, Billing, Technical Laboratory, Specimen Processing, and Service Training.
The IT Quality/Business Analyst is a member of the Information Technology (IT) team. This role fulfills both the business analyst and quality analyst roles for applications and systems development. The IT Quality/Business Analyst will shape the technology demands and drive quality among the Exact Sciences business community. The IT Quality/Business Analyst acts as an intermediary between IT project teams and business partners; including, but not limited to, define, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design with the use of the appropriate tools and models from which applications and solutions are developed. This role functions as the stakeholder and user advocate to understand their requirements and represent their interests to work with the implementation team. This role will execute the test strategy to provide objective evidence that system and application requirements are met. This role will be hands-on and require strategic reason and plans to ensure all requirements are met for overall quality of the intended solutions both functionally and technically.
