The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor will supervise, lead, train, and assist the QC team in a variety of QC functions, including but not limited to, raw material, in-process material, finished goods, and stability testing, process and method development, characterization and validation, and quality document generation. This position will be responsible for equipping, scheduling, and establishing systems for QC functions working closely with Quality Control Management and coordinating efforts.

The Senior Associate Scientist I, Product Support will lead and assist in a variety of technical support activities within Operations. This position will investigate issues through root cause analysis and design and implement corrective actions through use of the Quality Management System (QMS) supporting Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain groups in continuous improvement.
As a Senior Electronic Health Record (EHR) Application Analyst, you will work on business systems design and configuration, upgrades and improvements for assigned technology platforms. As a primary support contact for revenue cycle application end-users, the Senior EHR Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams and work to resolve them. The Senior Analyst will perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements. The Senior EHR Application Analyst will act as a mentor to more junior analysts on the team, support questions and may delegate activities to other analysts.
The Senior Clinical Data Programmer/Analyst II is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining applications, tools, and data integrations to support the management of clinical study data. This role is responsible for utilizing a variety of different data sources, electronic platforms, and environments to handle clinical data acquisition and data management. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring quality of Clinical Data Management deliverables through compliance to established procedures and practices.
The Supervisor, Histology is responsible for the day-to-day operations of histology in support of meeting production throughput and quality requirements in a manner that utilizes laboratory best practices and adheres to all company policies and procedures. Additionally, the Supervisor, Histology will be a point person for interactions with pathology to ensure that specimens are prepared and delivered on-time and with sufficient quality for pathology review and analytical testing.
The high volume and interactive nature of the work requires excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
The Supervisor, Histology shall act as a liaison between the histology laboratory staff and various functional groups including, but not limited to, customer service, analytical laboratory, process and service engineering, information technology, human resources, and materials management groups. As such, the Supervisor, Histology must exhibit leadership skills such as good judgment, sound analysis and decision making, the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the laboratory and across departments.
The Supervisor, Histology will directly supervise both Lab Assistants and Histology Technologists. Emphasis is placed on involvement with scheduling, troubleshooting technical and non-technical challenges, coaching and mentoring the laboratory staff, and building an effective team. The Supervisor, Histology will, in partnership with the Histology Education Coordinator, drive the training of both new hires and current employees with moderate levels of experience to advance the overall technical and organization readiness of the histology group. The Supervisor, Histology will assist the histology management team in managing projects, meeting project deliverables, and implementing laboratory enhancements. Given the wide variety of tasks involved in this position, the Supervisor, Histology must demonstrate the ability to seek guidance and input when analyzing complex issues and make recommendations that lead to sound decisions in a timely manner, the commitment to helping and motivating employees, the ability to respond to difficult issues quickly, fairly, and ethically, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to respond to change with flexibility in order to adapt quickly to evolving circumstances. The Supervisor, Histology must be able to utilize various communication channels (e.g., email, communication board, team meetings, one-on-one etc.), to communicate team goals and priorities clearly, openly, and objectively, and to communicate changes, issues, and challenges to various sections of the clinical laboratory and applicable cross-functional teams.
The Customer Experience (CX) Journey Manager, Alternate Ordering, serves as the steward for the end-to-end customer experience. In this role, you will focus on alternate ordering experiences of our products and have the ability to directly impact the experience our customers receive.
This role will leverage a deep understanding of customer needs, the end-to-end experience, and supporting data and customer insights to uncover pain points and opportunities to improve the experience. Through a close collaboration with key business and IT partners, the CX Journey Manager, Alternate Ordering, will develop the journey strategy, the supporting roadmap, and oversee the execution of tactics. Throughout, they will monitor the health of the journey and continuously improve.
Exact Sciences is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to join the Technical Service and Support Team. The successful candidate will help create training materials, processes, and systems that will ensure efficient introduction and successful ongoing use of Exact Sciences in vitro diagnostic (IVD) and Lab Developed (LDT) products by customer laboratories worldwide. He or she will provide internal and external (customer) training, technical support, and will participate in monitoring of performance and customer experience with these IVD and LDT products. These activities can be conducted both at Exact facilities, as well as in customer facilities. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding product performance, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring that all customer concerns are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. The Technical Services Specialist will collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Sales, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Product Lifecycle Management, and other departments to achieve these objectives.

As the manager of consolidations and foreign currency, you will be responsible for the worldwide consolidation of the company’s subsidiaries and the foreign currency remeasurement process. This position will ensure the public and private payer reimbursement and that billing and payment processes are efficient, timely, and in compliance with corporate goals, contracts and/or regulations. The Senior Technical Procurement Specialist (known internally as the Senior Technical Sourcing Specialist) is a liaison between the Operations team and Exact Sciences’ approved and potential suppliers. A solid science, production, engineering, or procurement background and passion for supply chain is required for this role. The scope of work will vary but will require working with a diverse team of cross-functional stakeholders. The Senior Technical Sourcing Specialist is expected to provide leadership in the procurement elements of a project with an understanding of the technical requirements. Areas of focus include supplier evaluation, negotiation, monitoring, supply risk management, request for proposals (RFPs), support for new product initiatives, and technical troubleshooting with suppliers. This role requires a persistent and eager individual to find solutions that meet Exact Sciences’ operational needs, building a robust supply chain in a rapidly growing company.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will support our HR Systems primarily, but not limited to, Workday (Human Capital Management). A key responsibility of this role is to develop and continuously improve HR system processes to increase user adoption, ensure compliance with policy and regulations, and improve business performance.

The Professional Medical Representative is responsible to establish and continuously develop the relationship with primary customer targets (Primary Care and Family Practice physicians) in their assigned territories and where applicable, work in conjunction with Sales and Market Access and Reimbursement colleagues to gain access to executive-level decision makers. This position reports to the Area Manager.
