The CET (Commercial Effectiveness Team) Specialist serves as the frontline clinical subject matter expert in the provision of clinical and medical information to the Commercial Effectiveness team. This role is responsible for providing training of clinical and medical information to CET trainers who are responsible for training inside and outside sales representatives and sales management. The management of medical information is a core function of the Medical Affairs department with strong cross-functional alignment. This role reports to the Sr Manager of Medical Information.

The Senior Technical Sourcing Specialist is a liaison between the Operations team and Exact Sciences’ approved and potential suppliers. A solid science or engineering background and passion for supply chain is required for this role. The scope of work will vary but will require working with a diverse team of cross-functional stakeholders. The Sr. Technical Sourcing Specialist is expected to provide leadership in the procurement elements of a project with an understanding of the technical requirements. Areas of focus include supplier evaluation, negotiation, and monitoring as well as supply risk management, request for proposals (RFPs), support for new product initiatives, and technical troubleshooting with suppliers. This role requires a persistent and eager individual to find solutions that meet Exact Sciences’ operational needs, building a robust supply chain in a rapidly growing company.

The Customer Care Specialist provides world class service to health care providers, patients and the general public. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for outbound calls to patients and providers to provide clarification on our product, orders or to provide product instruction. The Customer Care Specialist may also be responsible for managing inbound calls as a member of the Revenue Cycle Call Team.

This position will be supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis organization in developing analytics for Exact Sciences’ enterprise data warehouse.
The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for program management of software development / software integration related projects and leading them toward successful completion while providing project/program management experience, rigor, and consistency across the enterprise. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with all levels of Exact Sciences. This person will be responsible for the management of solution implementation with the help of service providers and other constituents that are required for integration with external and internal systems.

Because of the nature of the department and the type of tasks that are performed, the Senior IT Program Manager must have an understanding of information technology, computer science, software development methodologies, the software development life cycle, and must also be well versed in management techniques and must have the charisma, communication skills, and leadership ability needed to transform the IT organization to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing company.

The Materials Management Associate I will assist in a variety of tasks including materials cycle counting, SAP Inventory management, internal inventory requests, shipping and receiving of materials, and distribution of goods and supplies. The position will work within defined protocols and procedures and may assist in developing and documenting new procedures for material management. The Materials Management Associate I will also provide support to ongoing process and procedure improvement.

The primary responsibility of the Revenue Cycle Lead is to support the timely and accurate submission of claims, appeals, and cash posting, monitor performance, provide training and coordinate workflows. In conjunction with the Exact Sciences Laboratories leadership team, manages the day-to-day Customer Care Center activities. Manages a team of Customer Care Associates and Customer Care Specialists. Responsible for evaluation of relevant CCA/CCS metrics and other identified key performance indicators. Aligns with other Customer Care Center leadership on the planful execution of the objectives to support the accomplishment of company goals.
The hours for these 1st shift openings are Sunday - Thursday from 5:00am - 2:00pm or Monday - Friday (flexible start time).

The Warehouse Associate I will assist in a variety of Materials Management or Operations functions including incoming material receipt and inspection, inventory cycle counting, SAP inventory management, internal inventory requests, shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods and supplies. The Warehouse Associate I will provide support to ongoing process and method development, characterization and validation and assist in production activities including labeling and packaging. The position will work within defined protocols and procedures and may develop and document new procedures for Materials Management.

The Professional Medical Representative is responsible for creating and winning Exact Sciences sales opportunities in an assigned territory. The Professional Medical Representative is responsible to establish and continuously develop the relationship with primary customer targets (Primary Care and Family Practice physicians) in their assigned territories and where applicable, work in conjunction with Sales and Market Access and Reimbursement colleagues to gain access to executive-level decision makers. This position reports to the Area Manager.

The Specimen Processing Exception Handler performs the functions of the specimen processing associate under the guided direction of the Non-Technical Supervisor, Specimen Processing Lead or designee. The Specimen Processing Exception Handler provides support to both Specimen Processing Laboratory and the Clinical Laboratory. The Specimen Processing Exception Handler will follow all laboratory procedures and policies and maintain accurate data reporting practices as needed to ensure consistent and diligent execution of specimen processing, testing and the timely generation of patient results.
This position is Tuesday - Friday, 2:30pm - 1:00am shift.

The Senior Clinical Resarch Associate is responsible for site management deliverables on assigned protocols. With minimal supervision, the Senior Clinical Resarch Associate manages the clinical monitoring activities of the study and assures site compliance with study protocols and applicable regulations and assists the Clinical Study Manager with study related activities, as required. This role may act as a lead CRA for the Sponsor.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative tasks which may include front desk coverage for Exact Sciences sites. The Administrative performs general and specific administrative duties including organizing meetings, managing calendars, etc. This position interfaces with senior leaders, directors, managers, visitors and suppliers, etc. to gather and exchange information.
This specific role supports Exact Sciences Laboratories and the leadership of Exact Sciences Laboratories in several ways including event planning, calendar coordination and management, meeting scheduling, logistics coordination and other administrative tasks.

The SAP Operations Business Analyst provides first level support for SAP users and subject matter experts in the materials management, production planning, quality inspection and sales & distribution modules. This role serves as a liaison between SAP business users and IT/SAP configuration experts, internally and externally. Assists in evaluating, prioritizing and managing changes to the SAP system using appropriate change management processes. Develops and provides training on SAP for users.
Working with the Operations teams to understand emerging company objectives, this role will research gaps in functionality, gather requirements of users and present recommendations to both technical and business teams. The individual will have a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions primarily between Operations and other departments. In addition, this role will be responsible for day to day support and daily operations for the SAP platform as it relates to the Operations organization and will be required to collaborate with 3rd party vendors.

The Project Portfolio Analyst oversees the activities that support the company’s most complex strategic projects by ensuring reporting and governance alignment, providing portfolio performance measurements and recommendations, and trending analytics. This position is responsible for the Portfolio’s intake, supply and demand (resource management) methods, analytics and recommendations. Reporting responsibilities includes detailed analysis, dashboards and decision support updates (KPI’s) and recommendations on a regular cadence. The Portfolio Analyst will at times provide project support to Project and Change managers. This position reports to the Associate Director, Organization Engineering.

The Technical Business Analyst acts as an intermediary between IT project teams and business partners to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are developed. The Technical Business Analyst functions as the stakeholders’ advocate by providing objective evidence that system and application requirements are met.
This role will support the data services team and their internal customers which include data analysts, commercial operations, and lab operations. They are responsible for analyzing and designing specifications used for enhancements to existing and new data systems, processes, and infrastructure. They will also coordinate all related testing, implementations, and upgrades. They will add value by informing scoping and prioritizing decisions and ensuring that the data services team is focused on the projects and tasks that will have the most positive impact across the organization.

The Lab Service Training Engineer is responsible for the commissioning and ongoing service for all clinical laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Primary service responsibilities include installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of all clinical laboratory equipment. This includes both simple (e.g. shakers) and complex instrumentation (e.g. liquid handling robotics). The individual in this role will continuously work with other Lab Service Engineers (LSE) and the clinical laboratory team to ensure proper instrument function and troubleshoot any system concerns. Responsible for special projects as assigned.
