The Senior Trainer acts as a float trainer and subject matter expert across multiple Customer Care Center subfunctions for new hire and existing employee training with guided direction of the department supervisor and Training & Development Manager. In addition, the Senior Trainer works closely with the Training & Development Supervisor and classroom training teams to ensure consistency in classroom delivery and content updates.  Outside of the classroom, the Senior Trainer assists the Training & Development Manager in the design, delivery, and execution of training programs and projects that support the entire lifecycle of team members within the CCC.  In this position, the Senior Trainer supports Exact Sciences through subject matter and training expertise which ensures that training solutions honor the complexity of cross-functional workflows and processes. The Patient Financial Services Associate I (PFSAI) position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of claims, appeals, denials, and statements for Exact Sciences.  A PFSAI demonstrates medical insurance knowledge by resolving billing discrepancies, eligibility, denials, appeals, and aged unpaid claim follow up for commercial, government, and plan coverage for optimal Account Receivable (AR) outcomes.  PFSAI communicates insurance information to ancillary departments and ensuring appropriate coverage by utilizing Epic, external portals, and other software; reviews and resolves payor denials, appeals, and claims with no response from the payors via portals, calls to payors, and system investigations to ensure accurate claim resolution; reads and understands explanations of payments to resolve back end claim resolution.    This position is expected to last approximately 6 months. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. CST
