We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Initiatives to join our growing Product Lifecycle Management & Strategy (PLMS) Team within Precision Oncology’s Commercial Organization at Exact Sciences.  The position will be responsible for the overall program management of the product portfolio initiatives the PLMS Team manages. This position will collaborate closely with the PLMS Directors to organize and manage their programs, ensuring clarity of scope, objectives, and deliverables. The role requires daily coordination, teamwork, and collaboration with a variety of business stakeholders across the department, the Commercial Team, and enabling functions within the company to effectively assure program management success for the PLMS initiatives assigned. The range of responsibilities for a specific program include defining program scope, processes to be employed, team structure, creating milestone roadmaps, facilitating core teams, and managing follow-up actions, as well as, developing and tracking KPIs, for program success.   The ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate core program and project management competencies, including communication, strategic alignment, project management, resource estimates, and ensure team cohesion at both program and project levels. This person must have a proven track record of program/project management success managing complex scientific product initiatives and terms within a regulated healthcare business, have a keen eye for identifying and resolving project and program issues, along with being comfortable working with a diverse group of Business Leads, Senior Executives, Project Managers, and implementation partners.
