The Senior Technical Business Analyst is an active thought partner who contributes to shaping the technology demand among the Exact Sciences business community. The Senior Technical Business Analyst will partner closely with cross-functional team members to define Exact Sciences value-driven information technology (IT) solutions. This role collaborates with stakeholders, IT business solutions, enterprise platforms, and application developers to collect, maintain, and prioritize the software product backlogs. The Senior Technical Business Analyst position will work with development teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ultimately to verify that the work generated by the software development teams meets the stakeholders’ requirements.
The Sr Project Manager will support the Research and Development enabling function for In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products and projects which may include systems, assays, reagents, instruments, and software. The Sr Project Manager works with cross functional project teams to develop and manage project timelines, tasks, priorities, risks, and resources to create and maintain predictable and reliable plans and inform the team’s decision making. This role will primarily support our Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) line of products.
The Women’s Health (WH) Specialist is responsible for the effective promotion of Exact Sciences’ products in an assigned territory. The WH Specialist is to establish and continuously develop the relationship with Obstetricians-Gynecologists (OBGYNs) and their practices, organized customers/conglomerates, Multi-Specialty clinics, and other healthcare providers (HCPs) within the designated territory, and where applicable, work in conjunction with Sales and Market Access and Reimbursement colleagues to gain access to executive-level and clinical decision makers.

The Application Scientist I, Technical Services is responsible for providing outstanding technical support to Exact Sciences customers. This position works in collaboration with others on troubleshooting and resolving customer assay questions or issues in a timely manner. This position will also work on projects to bring enhancements of current products and processes to the customer.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating activities, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives while working with the business to follow best practices to ensure their projects meet business objectives and are accomplished on time and within budget. This role helps ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
This Project Manager will support the Research and Development enabling function. This position will be responsible for managing projects focused on new product development and ensure compliance with design control processes. The Project Manager will partner with functional area leads in Pipeline, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs, Exact Sciences Laboratories, Technical Services, and Operations, among others, to manage cross-functional teams and support new product development projects and programs.
Working on our Urology Sales team, the Regional Urogenomic Liaison (RUL) will develop and implement a plan to maximize the utilization of our products in targeted accounts, while staying within budget, supporting corporate objectives and highlighting the delivery of our key selling messages. The RUL should also incorporate a high-level of service toward being the best in class for an assay provider. The RUL plans are used to solve challenging problems in a dynamic environment. The plans should emphasize the need to build and maintain comprehensive relationships and develop key contact and account records in our CRM system to manage these relationships. To do this plan, the RUL must have or be able to quickly develop a clear understanding of key territory-related clinical/political issues. The RUL will devote whatever time necessary to complete objectives outlined in the sales plan.
The Sample Accessioning Technician is responsible for handling and recording patient and study specimens sent to Exact Sciences for testing. This role will be responsible for daily operations; including, but not limited to, order processing, case management, sample processing, management of associated documents and records, and inter-departmental communication and collaboration. An important part of the accessioning process is to identify incomplete or missing information and/or unacceptable specimens received, and to initiate outreach to physicians and other stakeholders for clarification in a timely manner to minimize impact on test turn-around-time. The Sample Accessioning Technician may act as a back-up to the Data Entry Specialist team to ensure the quality and integrity of the data received into Exact Sciences Laboratories; including, but not limited to, timely entry of test orders, resolution of test order issues, enrollment, entry, and may contact providers to complete order clarification activities.
The Medical Communications Science Specialist is responsible for communicating accurate and balanced clinical information on Genomic Health’s products and services to internal teams, healthcare professionals and consumers. The Medical Communications Specialist’s primary responsibilities include supporting creation of abstracts, posters and presentations, developing/reviewing and approving promotional materials, monitoring and managing medical information databases, supporting medical writing and publication planning, worldwide surveillance of published literature, and scientific meeting support.

The Specimen Processing Lead will support the specimen processing supervisor or designee and shares the responsibility of ensuring the specimen processing department operates effectively. This role will participate in department-wide projects and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
The shift for this position is Tuesday-Friday, 8:00pm-6:30am.
The Kitchen Steward is responsible for overseeing vendor deliveries and inventorying the items upon arrival. This position helps maintain high levels of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and restocking within the kitchen and company-wide micro markets. This position may also help with food preparation, as needed.

The ROL provides information critical to accomplishing the Exact Sciences’ mission to all parties involved in the sales of products. The ROL will provide direct feedback to individuals so they can make accurate decisions at all levels of the company, such as national, regional, and area teams. The ROL will work with managed care, reimbursement, patients, to include patient support groups, Exact Sciences advocacy group, and providers to ensure access to products.

The Associate Director, Analytics is responsible for leading the salesforce analytics capability at Exact Sciences using customer-level promotion response data, salesforce interaction data, profile data, and other information. This position is responsible for the creation, design, and implementation of the salesforce analytics strategy.
This position can be based in WI or remote.

The Recruiter will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Talent Acquisition Process including strategy implementation, sourcing, screening, and employment offer development.
The Professional Medical Representative I is responsible for creating and driving Exact Sciences sales opportunities in an assigned territory. The Professional Medical Representative I is responsible for acquiring new business through the conversion of specific primary customer accounts. This role will also establish a relationship within those newly converted accounts. The Professional Medical Representative I will work in conjunction with sales and managed care colleagues to gain access to decision makers.

The Corporate Security Partner works as part of the Exact Sciences corporate security team, carrying out assigned corporate security functions in a manner that supports departmental and company guidelines, policies, and procedures. The Corporate Security Partner conducts routine and directed patrols of all Exact Sciences’ facilities, ensuring the security of company employees, visitors, and assets. The Corporate Security Partner also staffs the Exact Sciences’ Security Operations Center (SOC), fielding calls for service from internal and external customers, and dispatches security or other Exact Sciences’ resources, as appropriate.
Corporate Security Partner – 2nd shift: This opening is for 2nd shift rotating days off. This position is considered critical to company operations and is subject to working on company designated holidays, weekends, and irregular shifts or off hours.
