This position will have a strong team-focused approach and give high-visibility presentations to drive progress to key milestones and alignment across the organization. Strong business acumen and customer focus are essential to the success of this position, as well as the ability to distill complex information from multiple sources into clear and actionable strategies. The Pipeline Product Associate Director is expected to have broad knowledge of the healthcare landscape and commercialization of products, and familiarity with the clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, and technical aspects of product development.   The Pipeline Product Associate Director will provide product management leadership for aspects of the Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) assay in development.  Together with commercial business unit partners and the pipeline team lead for the MRD program, this role will help shape the product requirements and commercialization plans.
