The Warehouse Materials Management Associate II will assist in a variety of Material Management activities to include cycle counting, SAP receiving management, internal inventory requests, staging, shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods and supplies. This position will work within defined procedures and may develop and document new procedures for Materials Management.
The Laboratory Service Engineer I (LSE I) is responsible for the Instrument and Automation Services of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair. This includes both simple (e.g., orbital shakers) and complex (e.g., liquid handling robotics.) instrumentation in the various laboratory environments. The Senior Health Information Technology (HIT) Strategic Account Manager plays a leadership role in supporting and promoting health information technology initiatives to assist Organized Customers in improving CRC screening. The Category Manager is responsible for the development and execution of category strategies for high spend/complex spend categories. The Senior Associate Scientist I, Assay Transfer will assist in a variety of design and test method transfer activities within operations. This position is primarily responsible for assisting the transfer and implementation of analytical and functional tests used to characterize and release products in operations. Additional responsibilities include, but is not limited to, collaborating with other departments to define test method requirements and development of new methods, as needed.

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist I performs laboratory analysis on clinical specimens using established laboratory procedures. The Clinical Laboratory Scientist I duties will include but are not limited to; processing of specimens, performance of moderate, and highly complex analytical testing, establishing, performing and documenting quality assurance, quality control, equipment maintenance, and accurately documenting all work performed under the direction of the Laboratory Medical Director. This position will provide both administrative and technical support to R&D personnel to ensure a continuous lab workflow and data integrity are maintained. This position will be a direct contact for external vendors conducting business directly with R&D, and will coordinate work in R&D labs by Exact Sciences functions including Facilities, Metrology, EHS and IT. Additionally, this position will maintain the responsibility of inventory management and procurement of supplies and consumables critical for R&D lab activities.
The Sr R&D Laboratory Operations Technician I supports common R&D laboratory management functions in a fast paced and dynamic Research and Development environment. This onsite position actively serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and/or information. Responsibilities include lab organization, inventory and procurement, coordination of activities with other departments, and lab and equipment maintenance using a computerized maintenance management system. Additionally, this position assists with sample management of both non-infectious and potentially infectious materials. The R&D Laboratory Operations Technician I is expected to follow all laboratory and safety policies, procedures, and reporting practices.

The Corporate Security Partner works as part of the Exact Sciences corporate security team, carrying out assigned corporate security functions in a manner that supports departmental and company guidelines, policies, and procedures. The Corporate Security Partner conducts routine and directed patrols of all Exact Sciences’ facilities, ensuring the security of company employees, visitors, and assets. The Corporate Security Partner also staffs the Exact Sciences’ Security Operations Center (SOC), fielding calls for service from internal and external customers, and dispatches security or other Exact Sciences’ resources, as appropriate. This position is considered critical to company operations and is subject to working on company designated holidays, weekends, and irregular shifts or off hours.
The Technical Laboratory Workflow Specialist performs and functions within the DNA Analytics Laboratory under the guided direction of the General Laboratory Supervisor, Lead, or designee. The incumbent will perform molecular biology and next generation sequencing procedures in line with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Performs multiple moderate, and/or highly complex analytic processes without direct supervision and interprets problems with specimens which meet the rejection criteria for unacceptable samples. The Technical Laboratory Workflow Specialist is expected to spend approximately 75% of their time performing laboratory testing on the bench in the capacity as the Clinical Laboratory Scientist and the other 25% is performing administrative tasks. Assists the department supervisor in ensuring that all section turn-around times are maintained. Will also assist the lead and supervisor by answering questions and following up on concerns. Assigns and organizes scheduling for all analytic workflows and additional work priorities under the direction of the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor and Lead.

This position will also assist with projects and perform exception tasks, as needed. The Specimen Processing Associate II will be the subject matter expert for accessioning and blood processing.
