The field-based National Account Manager – Federal Sector (NAM) is responsible for expanding patient access to Cologuard® by forming partnerships within the Federal sector. The federal sector is critical to Exact Sciences as this market accounts for nearly 10% of the entire U.S. market.  The NAM – Federal Sector will drive adoption of Cologuard within regional Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) health systems (VISN, VA Med Centers, CBOCs, MTFs, etc.).  This includes developing relationships, securing Cologuard in clinical guidelines/policy, operationalizing utilization of Cologuard, understanding procurement processes, and facilitating cross-functional implementation.  Within the assigned accounts, the position will have ownership and accountability for achievement of sales targets for Cologuard.   The position will partner cross-functionally within the internal organization (IT, project management/implementation, billing, lab operations, etc.) to execute pull through plans and serve as the customer-facing leader for assigned accounts.

The Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory Quality Control works with the Clinical Laboratory Manager to coordinate, develop and communicate the Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs of the clinical laboratory. This position works collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to coordinate and ensure the proper execution of proficiency testing, non-conforming event tracking, including escalation, root cause analysis, risk assessments. This position collaborates with the technology transfer group to ensure all aspects of new tests and enhancements are appropriately executed. Additionally, they will work with all managers and supervisors to ensure workflow enhancements including IT, automation and employee suggestions are evaluated and adopted as appropriate. The main duties the Director of Contract Administration will be to prepare, negotiate, review and administer company contracts, including managed care and other contracts with health systems and health insurance companies, purchase and supply contracts, license agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements and a wide variety of other contracts. The Director of Contract Administration will act as the subject matter expert and focal point for internal and external contract matters.  He/she will be the primary point of contact for the review and preparation of routine contract documents in accordance with company policy.  The role requires an ability to independently identify and analyze issues and to exercise sound business and legal judgment in the resolution of those issues.  The Director of Contract Administration will provide authoritative guidance to internal business teams and/or third parties on company goals and objectives relating to contract activity. He/she will be accountable for ensuring contracts are established, reviewed, approved, and executed to ensure the highest regard for protecting the legal interests of the company; to ensure regulatory compliance; and to ensure contracts are based on sound business practices.  The Director of Contract Administration must be a self-starter and will be counted on to take initiative with regard to the development and management of our rapidly growing contract function.  He/she must have a strong attention to detail along with an ability to identify and mitigate potential risks for the company.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience negotiating, preparing and managing complex healthcare-related contracts, particularly in the lab services and/or diagnostic product space.

The Lab Service Training Engineer is responsible for new hire and ongoing training and educational support of the Lab Service & Support team.
