The Metrology Associate II will service custom, complex, and off-the-shelf laboratory instrumentation and equipment. This position will assemble, install, calibrate, maintain, investigate and diagnose failures, repair, requalify, and file service reports. This position will also assist in writing and reviewing calibration procedures.
The Screening Advocate will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, Gastroenterologists, and Colorectal Cancer Surgeons, to advocate for screening solutions, CRC priorities and protocols. The SA will work collaboratively with market team members and cross-functional partners to gain access to executive-level decision makers.

The Manager, Screening Solutions Specialists will lead a team of Screening Solutions Specialists within a designated geography. This individual will effectively promote Exact Sciences’ products to physicians, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), multi-specialty clinics, and other health care providers within the designated area. This leader will recruit, train, coach, lead and provide performance management for the team in addition to directly promoting Exact Sciences’ products.

The Mission of the Precision Oncology Business Unit of Exact Sciences is to transform treatment decisions and outcomes in cancer by delivering clinically actionable diagnostics, both as in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices and as Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) conducted in our Redwood City Clinical Laboratory. The Senior Laboratory Automation Engineer will provide technical expertise to drive continuous improvement of our state-of-the-art diagnostic tests for cancer patients.
The Process Engineering team is a multidisciplinary group of engineers with backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineering. The Senior Laboratory Automation Engineer work will focus on designing, building, and optimizing integrated laboratory automation systems. The process engineering team has direct involvement throughout the lifecycle of our automation development; including design, build, test, launch, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be a key member on project teams developing integrated systems laboratory automation, ensuring their efficient and effective transfer into production, and will also contribute to ongoing improvements of existing commercialized processes and products.

The Warehouse Associate I will assist in a variety of Materials Management or Operations functions including incoming material receipt and inspection, inventory cycle counting, SAP inventory management, internal inventory requests, shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods and supplies. The Warehouse Associate I will provide support to ongoing process and method development, characterization and validation and assist in production activities including labeling and packaging. The Data Catalog Analyst acts as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with business clients, data stewards, and IT project teams to influence and drive our Enterprise Data Catalog implementation. The Data Catalog Analyst is an active thought partner in the design and implementation of the Enterprise Data Catalog and meets with business clients to recommend, develop, maintain, and prioritize business data management requirements and specifications. The role is data centric. It requires data analysis and demonstrated working knowledge in metadata management, taxonomy, and knowledge management to aid in building an enterprise data-driven culture.
The Senior Scientist, Manufacturing and Quality Control role on the Manufacturing Sciences team will lead and coordinate a variety of Quality Control activities within Operations. This position will lead, plan, and perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. This position will lead and execute stability testing, process and method development and characterization, validation, and quality documentation generation. This position will lead and assist in process improvement and troubleshooting initiatives within quality control to drive performance and improve efficiency within the department, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. The Senior Scientist, Manufacturing and Quality Control is expected to possess an extensive understanding of laboratory procedures and conduct work within quality and regulatory guidelines.
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will provide support to Operations for a variety of functions; including process validation, facility validation, test method validation, and process risk management. The position will work within defined protocols and procedures and may lead or assist in developing and documenting new procedures for Operations relating to validation.
The Research Scientist I, with limited guidance from more experienced scientists, works individually and in collaboration with others on multiple projects which are moderate to complex in scope. The Research Scientist I plays an active role in planning of projects and experiments and is often the technical lead responsible for the successful execution of the project. This position involves independently making detailed observations, analyzing data and interpreting results. Working in a team setting, the Research Scientist I, will primarily be involved in Research and Development projects serving as a technical lead in translating research ideas and concepts into the product development pipeline towards development of diagnostic assay products.
The successful candidate will participate in the research and early development of NGS-based methods to improve clinical diagnostics for patients with cancer. The ideal candidate will have experience in genomics, cancer biology, and liquid biopsy processes to support multiple clinical diagnostic applications and the ability to utilize their skill set to support the development of molecular residual disease (MRD) products.
The Operations Project Manager oversees a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects while coaching cross-functional leads in best practices to ensure their projects meet business objectives and are accomplished on time, within budget and meet quality standards. This includes developing and maintaining project timelines, scheduling meetings, completing meeting minutes and tracking action items, conducting in-depth analysis with teams, generating technical reports and tracking metrics. In addition, this position will facilitate and manage projects within Operations (manufacturing, supply chain, technical transfer, distribution, etc.) and medical device design transfer and present outcomes and status to leadership driving awareness and visibility.

An engineer creates, tests, and evaluates software applications and systems to make computers function according to specific requirements. This person must be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver software products to the business.

The Buyer is responsible for the procurement of raw materials across all areas of Exact Sciences business; including, but not limited to, Research, Development, Operations, and Services. Other areas of focus include supply recommendations from approved suppliers list, supporting departments in determination of the most suitable product or service to meet their needs, and following documented purchasing methods to meet quality and financial requirements. The Sr Environmental Health and Safety Ergonomics Specialist utilizes a comprehensive range of technical and analytical skills to assist with implementing and developing the ergonomic program and providing ergonomic assessment and intervention at Exact Sciences.
This Senior Quality Engineer position will be filled by a person with experience in software validation, automated equipment validation, and process validation in an FDA Part 820 regulated environment. This person will excel at working collaboratively to ensure that projects are completed within timelines and in an FDA compliant manner. This position will also mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists in project teams.

The Supervisor, Instrument Production & Service will supervise, lead, train and assist a team that is responsible for the manufacture and repair of custom and off-the-shelf laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Responsibilities for this position also include planning and organizing the production schedule and assessing project and resource requirements.
The Senior Associate Scientist II, Product Support role will lead a variety of technical support activities within Operations. This position will investigate issues through root cause analysis and design and implement corrective actions through use of the Quality Management System (QMS) supporting Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain groups in continuous improvement.
