This position will work cross-functionally to tailor RWE endpoints and messaging appropriately to the applicable stakeholders, effectively communicating and presenting complex technical concepts and quantitative analyses to both internal and external executive audiences. This role sets RWE strategies with expertise in the design and application of RWE generation projects during all phases of product life cycles, but especially earlier phases to include premarket approval (PMA) submissions and early lifecycle coverage determinations.

Working on our Oncology Sales team, the Regional Oncogenomic Liaison (ROL) will develop and implement a plan to maximize the utilization of our products in targeted accounts, while staying within budget, and support the corporate objectives and highlight the delivery of our key selling messages.  The ROL should incorporate a high level of service toward being the best in class for an assay provider. The ROL’s plans are used to solve challenging problems in a dynamic environment. The plans should emphasize the need to build and maintain comprehensive relationships and develop key contact and account records in Exact Sciences’ CRM system to manage these relationships. To do this plan, the ROL must have, or be able to quickly develop, a clear understanding of key territory-related clinical/political issues. The ROL will devote whatever time is necessary to complete objectives outlined in the sales plan.   The ROL provides information critical to accomplishing the Exact Sciences mission to all parties involved in the sales of our products.  The ROL will provide direct feedback to individuals so they can make accurate decisions at all levels of the company (national, regional and area teams). The Director, Sequencing Core Laboratory will lead teams in the sequencing core laboratory, a laboratory primarily focused on next-generation sequencing (NGS). This role will manage day-to-day operations, provide technical oversight and input, drive process improvements, lean philosophy, validations, and transfer of new processes and systems into the sequencing core laboratory.  This role will document new procedures in close coordination with laboratory leaders of analytical assay-specific laboratories and other stakeholders. The Director, Sequencing Core Laboratory will equip, staff, and establish systems for sequencing of patient samples which may have been prepared in other laboratories.   The Director, Sequencing Core Laboratory will ensure laboratory compliance with all laws and regulations required by clinical laboratory improvement amendments; including, but not limited to, college of American pathology/commission on laboratory accreditation (CAP), occupational safety and health administration (OSHA), New York, and any other applicable state or federal legislative organizations. This role will serve as the primary leader for all investigations and non-conformances associated with the sequencing core laboratory, as well as oversee cross-functional projects and implement best practices to ensure the area meets business needs. The Accessioning Technician I is responsible for handling and recording patient and study specimens sent to Exact Sciences for testing.  Daily operations within the Accessioning department include, but not limited to; order processing, case management, sample processing, management of associated documents and records, and inter-departmental communication and collaboration.  An important part of the accessioning process is to identify incomplete or missing information and/or unacceptable specimens received, and to initiate outreach to physicians and other stakeholders for clarification in a timely manner to minimize impact on test turn-around-time.   To be successful in this role, the Accessioning Technician I must demonstrate the ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently in a regulated work environment, the ability to complete scheduled tasks and assignments with expected quality and throughput, and function effectively as a member of the Exact Sciences team.  He or she is adaptive to change, detail oriented, focused, effective at managing time, organized and able to communicate within the department and to key internal customers to achieve common goals.  He or she will participate in process improvement activities to ensure scalability and operational excellence.  He or she will support or participate in internal and external audits and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory compliance with the applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
