The function of this role enables the department to optimize technical resources to meet core business demands in the business area in which it supports.
This role supports the Human Resources department and leadership of the Human Resources functions.

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and success of critical Talent Acquisition processes, initiatives and events. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling phone, onsite, open house days and technical interviews, managing the employment offer process, supporting and organizing required details to ensure a smooth onboarding process. In addition, this position will play a support role in the maintenance of various metrics, reporting activities, posting of positions to various advertising resources and other team projects.
This is a temporary position, anticipated to last through December 2020.
The Associate Lead Clinical Laboratory (known internally as the Technical Laboratory Workflow Coordinator) performs and functions within the Technical Laboratory under the guided direction of the Technical Laboratory Supervisor, Lead or designee. In this support position, the Technical Laboratory Workflow Coordinator ensures daily lab operations are effective and efficient by coordinating with the Technical Laboratory Supervisor or Lead to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing and laboratory processes. The Technical Laboratory Workflow Coordinator is expected to spend approximately 50% of their time performing laboratory testing on the bench in the same capacity as the Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
The Pipeline Team Leader, Senior Manager will be responsible for managing the strategy and evolution of one or more pipeline programs over their lifecycle. Depending on where the program is in its lifecycle, the Pipeline Team Leader, Senior Manager can be responsible for a program in the early concept phase or beyond, and will be responsible for working with a core development team to bring it to market. This position is responsible for the program definition, target product profile, intended use, market requirements (including business model), market entry roadmap, country prioritization, clinical strategies and developing a business case and overall product strategy.
The Pipeline Team Leader, Senior Manager will collaborate with a broad range of functions involved with the development and commercialization of a Pipeline Program including R&D, Clinical, IT, Operations, Program Management, Commercial Marketing and Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal functions. This position collaborates with and influences varying levels of internal and external personnel and requires a strong team-focused approach, direct interactions with customers and key opinion leaders, and high visibility presentations. Strong business acumen and customer focus are essential to the success of this position as well as the ability to distill complex information from multiple sources into clear, compelling and actionable business cases. The Pipeline Team Leader, Senior Manager is expected to have broad knowledge of the healthcare landscape and commercialization of products, and familiarity with the clinical and technical aspects of product development.

The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist writes, files, and obtains approvals for domestic and international regulatory submissions. The Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist defines the regulatory strategy for assigned projects, including new product development, product changes, and manufacturing improvement initiatives. This is the lead role in creating, developing, and implementing global regulatory affairs procedures and educating others on global regulatory expectations and requirements.
The Move Specialist will execute people moves based on the move plans from the Space Planning Coordinator, including moves within a floor, between floors, or between facilities. In addition, this individual will setup and teardown temporary furniture layouts for various events, tear-down, and relocate office furniture, including systems, office, and lab furniture, and create and maintain an inventory of furniture.
The Payroll Specialist II is primarily responsible for performing payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely administration of the company’s payrolls. This position will also perform clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance of electronic employee pay profiles in the ADP Payroll system. The Payroll Specialist II will act as a mentor to the Payroll Specialist and will provide back-up support to the Lead Payroll Specialist as needed.
The Senior Clinical Data Programmer/Analyst II is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining applications, tools, and data integrations to support the management of clinical study data. This role is responsible for utilizing a variety of different data sources, electronic platforms, and environments to handle clinical data acquisition and data management. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring quality of Clinical Data Management deliverables through compliance to established procedures and practices.
The Lead Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist provides leadership support to the technical lab staff. This person is also responsible for being the workflow and troubleshooting point person in the technical lab. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting day-to-day activities in the laboratory to ensure timely and accurate testing. The Lead Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist works directly with the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing, and laboratory processes. This position is also responsible for verifying result release and pending list management and investigation. The Lead is expected to spend at approximately half of their time performing laboratory testing on the bench.

The candidate will be a key contributor to our international growth plans and will also be directly responsible to leverage relationships with key opinion leaders and other physicians in the fields of cancer treatment to enlist their assistance in initiating programs and activities which will promote appropriate adoption and reimbursement of GHI technologies in cancer treatment. The position will report to the Head of SEMEA and LATAM Region and will work in close cooperation with Manager and inter-departmental stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercializing Oncology/diagnostic products and/or Medical Devices in the Region combined with a proven direct involvement and track record in driving performance and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner.
The Systems Software Engineer I works with the Systems Development team to assist in the design, development, and testing software used in medical devices. This includes software to control robots and other instruments. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the development of internal software tools used in R&D, service, or quality control.

The Medical Communications & Content Manager will oversee the monitoring, development, dissemination, review, and archiving of medical content relevant to Exact Sciences, Cologuard®, and the company’s pipeline products, including supporting company-wide competitive intelligence efforts. They will work collaboratively to develop capabilities and services related to medical content and publications that support and enhance the product(s) value proposition and monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape. They will also bring expertise and innovative insights to cross-functional teams and be relied upon across the company to interpret critical studies, abstracts, or reports, and efficiently and succinctly circulate key findings.
Working on our Oncology Sales team, the Regional Oncogenomic Liaison (ROL) will develop and implement a plan to maximize the utilization of our products in targeted accounts, while staying within budget, and support the corporate objectives and highlight the delivery of our key selling messages. The ROL should incorporate a high level of service toward being the best in class for an assay provider. The ROL’s plans are used to solve challenging problems in a dynamic environment. The plans should emphasize the need to build and maintain comprehensive relationships and develop key contact and account records in Exact Sciences’ CRM system to manage these relationships. To do this plan, the ROL must have, or be able to quickly develop, a clear understanding of key territory-related clinical/political issues. The ROL will devote whatever time is necessary to complete objectives outlined in the sales plan.
The ROL provides information critical to accomplishing the Exact Sciences mission to all parties involved in the sales of our products. The ROL will provide direct feedback to individuals so they can make accurate decisions at all levels of the company (national, regional and area teams). The ROL will work with managed care, reimbursement, patients (including patient support groups), Exact Sciences Advocacy group and providers to ensure access to our products.

The Senior Systems Engineer is a key problem solver and a potential core team leader to plan and lead cross-functional product development projects for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)medical devices from concept to manufacturing. This position will use expert technical skills, conceive, plan and lead R&D product development activities to achieve project goals. This position will leverage understanding of advanced engineering principles, advanced engineering methods, data, and judgment to influence the course of product development activities.
