To do this plan, the ROL must have, or be able to quickly develop, a clear understanding of key territory-related clinical/political issues. The ROL will devote whatever time is necessary to complete objectives outlined in the sales plan.   The ROL provides information critical to accomplishing the Exact Sciences’ mission to all parties involved in the sales of products. The Medical Director, Hepatobiliary Cancers (HB) will work closely with the Screening Business Unit leadership team, and be responsible for development and execution of the company’s hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) surveillance and other related pipeline strategies; including, but not limited to, the design and implementation of hepatobiliary cancer early detection test development, validation, regulatory approval, evidence generation, guideline inclusion and contracting/reimbursement pathways.   In partnership with the R&D and pipeline teams, this role will provide key medical insights and clinical perspectives across all stages of product development, from concept generation to practice application. The Medical Director, Hepatobiliary Cancers will develop relationships and regularly engage with key opinion leaders from diverse stakeholder organizations outside of Exact Sciences.
