The Associate Lead, Laboratory Processing (known internally as Laboratory Processing Workflow Coordinator) performs the functions of Specimen Processing under the guided direction of the Specimen Processing Supervisor, Lead or designee. The Specimen Processing Workflow Coordinator follows laboratory policies and procedures and maintains accurate data reporting practices to ensure consistent and diligent execution of specimen processing. In this support position the Specimen Processing Workflow Coordinator ensures daily lab operations are effective and efficient by providing direction and guidance to employees during their assigned duty station.
The hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 12:30pm - 11:00pm.

The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Exact Sciences Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Programs. The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will primarily support Precision Oncology at our Redwood City location by creating and implementing policies, procedures, and training, and monitoring workplace practices and activities with leadership oversight to ensure that employees abide by company policies and government safety regulations. The position ensures laboratory compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), College of American Pathologists (CAP) and other Federal, State, and Local agencies, as necessary.
The Patient Financial Services Specialist (PFSS) position is responsible for mentoring, training, and auditing new and existing Patient Financial Services associates. In this position, the PFSS supports the Patient Financial Services team as the subject matter expert on Patient Financial Services workflows and supports training activities through collaboration with training and development to ensure all team members are properly trained in a consistent manner. The PFSS conducts quality audits to confirm competencies and partners with Revenue Cycle leadership when quality metrics are not successfully met. In addition, the PFSS assists in maintaining accurate data reporting practices to ensure consistent and diligent capture of competency. PFSS will partner with members of Revenue Cycle leadership, Lab Training and Development, and Epic teams to help escalate system solutions and training development needs based on key trends identified in the quality review process.

The Senior Clinical Data Manager/Analyst II is responsible for ensuring the accurate, complete, and timely collection and delivery of assay/genomic and clinical data for analysis, reporting, and presentation. The Senior Clinical Data Manager/Analyst II acts as Lead Data Manager on complex clinical studies and projects; either independently or by directing others, provide expert BDM functional representation to study teams.

The Manager, Technical Transfer and Validation will be responsible for oversight of Validated systems and Technical Transfer of new products to Production. This position will work cross-functionally to oversee the development, planning, execution, and maintenance of Validation activities. This position will oversee process development, process characterization, process improvement, method development, and transfer of manufacturing processes and test methods through use of the Quality Management System. The Process Development Engineer may also participate in aspects of creating, monitoring, and improving standardized processes for engineering activities, such as software and instrument change or configuration management, integration, user testing, and training programs. Projects may be in support of R&D, manufacturing, and/or clinical laboratories. In order to support development and implementation activities, the Process Development Engineer will be expected, after training, to perform laboratory procedures used to process samples in the laboratory workflows.
The Associate Histotechnologist is responsible for performing skilled and accurate cutting on patient specimens under the supervision of Pathologists, interacting with sending sites and ordering physicians, performing quality control and specimen-related checks and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laboratory requirements.
The high complexity nature of the work requires excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules, and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
The Associate Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics will support different business units within Exact Sciences and align the insights and analytics plan with the brand strategic imperatives. They will design market research and analytics projects by identifying the critical business questions and information gaps and implement the appropriate methodology to address those gaps. This role will generate a detailed map of the disease state, market landscape, and market dynamics, and support Competitive Intelligence for the business.
The Associate Director, Insights & Analytics will work closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, commercial operations, pipeline, data strategy, analytics, corporate strategy, and medical as well as with the counterparts in other business units.

The Lead Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist provides leadership support to the technical lab staff. This person is also responsible for being the workflow and troubleshooting point person in the technical lab. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting day-to-day activities in the laboratory to ensure timely and accurate testing. The Lead Certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist works directly with the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing, and laboratory processes. This position is also responsible for verifying result release and pending list management and investigation. The Lead is expected to spend at approximately half of their time performing laboratory testing on the bench.
The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics will be a cross-functional internal consultant to the business that will work with the leadership team to complete a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to help inform company strategy and run the business more effectively.
This role will support the Analytics and Data Strategy team within the Commercial Insights and Analytics functions.
The EHR Solutions Engineer (ESE) participates in the design, build, and validation of the EHR interface solutions that enable Exact Sciences business processes and functions to operate optimally across IT systems. The ESE is focused within the EHR Integrations team on gathering information and guiding design conversations to keep alignment with key strategic principles of company architecture. This can include working with internal and external stakeholders and directly tending to data quality issues that arise.
At times, conflicts will arise between long-term and short-term goals and compromises will need to be structured. The ESE will help prepare compromise options for discussion and be responsible for helping the EHR Integration team retain institutional memory of the details of those decisions.
This role is committed to assuring that technology solutions meet business and technical requirements while aligning with long-term architectural and strategic goals. The EHR Solutions Engineer provides a deep technical partnership across Exact Sciences domains, understands the low-level details of system designs and supports project teams with strategic decision making, project planning, and participation in development as an engineering resource. In support of our live infrastructure, this position also includes a rotating on-call responsibility.
The Bilingual Customer Care Specialist provides world class service to health care providers, patients and the general public. The Bilingual Customer Care Specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls in both Spanish and English as well as placing outbound calls as needed. The Customer Care Specialist may also be responsible for managing inbound calls as a member of the Revenue Cycle Call Team.
