The Lab Service Engineer Supervisor provides leadership support to the service engineering staff. This person is the troubleshooting point person for equipment related escalated issues. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing service engineers during their scheduled shift and ensuring day to day activities in the laboratory sufficiently meet the laboratory’s equipment needs. The Supervisor is expected to spend approximately 10% of their time performing lab service maintenance and repairs in the lab. This role reports to Lab Service Engineer Manager.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 12:00am.
The Sr. Manager, Billing & Reimbursement Operations will facilitate implementation of billing and reimbursement process formalization and enhancements driven by strategic initiatives, including new/updated contracts and pricing in collaboration with internal leadership and/or billing partner. Lead AR management and revenue pull-through activities and make recommendations regarding pre-claim, billing, and payment processes to ensure efficient and timely revenue pull through in compliance with corporate goals, contracts and/or regulations. Work with internal and external parties to implement recommended processes.
Responsible for ensuring the US Accounts receivable is managed throughout entire contract life cycle (e.g., Commercial and Government). Works closely with Market Access and Contracting in developing and maintaining agreements and systems that provide access to our assays while aligning with Paradigm’s goals and objectives. This person also plays a critical role on project teams aimed at assessing the potential impact of industry or internal company changes on our business and developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to address them.
The Bioinformatics Scientist is a creative person who will conduct the development of data mining algorithms and tools using proprietary data and databases for scientific research and cancer biomarker discovery. The position offers exciting opportunity and significant growth potential within an innovative and dynamic genomic diagnostics company. The candidate should be experienced with next-generation sequencing data analysis, algorithm development, and bioinformatics programming with Python. Strong computational, mathematical, logical skills and proven project experience with large genomic datasets essential. This position will interact with the teams in the R&D, Information Technology, and Clinical departments. Good oral and written communication skills are required.
The Accessioning Supervisor is responsible for supervision of personnel and daily operations of the Accessioning department including, but not limited to, specimen box receipt process, test order processing, sample processing, material return and management of associated documents and records.
The Accessioning Supervisor oversees the pre- and post-analytical sample processing activities. This role will participate in these activities and troubleshoot sample, process or system issues as needed. The Accessioning Supervisor will also participate in the development and administration of policies and procedures, contribute to continuous process improvement to ensure consistent, high quality processes, and best practices established within Laboratory Operations. This role will support or participate in internal and external audits and quality management activities to ensure laboratory compliance with the applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The Accessioning Supervisor serves as a liaison between Accessioning and various functional groups including, but not limited to Histology, Customer Service, Analytical Laboratory, Process and Service Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, Quality, Supply Chain Management and Workplace Services groups to report and address immediate issues or concerns. This role must also act as a liaison between staff members and the management team to support effective communication and change management. The Accessioning Supervisor will assist in the assessment of staffing levels to ensure adequate laboratory capacity and effective resource allocations, and will recruit and hire new employees or contingency workers. The Accessioning Supervisor will also be responsible for the ongoing management of their staff, which include, but are not limited to, partnering with staff to create and execute personal development plans, conducting performance reviews and ensuring appropriate work scheduling, training and competency assessment.
To be successful in this complex and high-volume work environment, the Accessioning Supervisor must demonstrate leadership, operation management and organizational skills. This person must be comfortable with facilitating timely and sound decision-making with data, have the ability to remain professional and composed under pressure, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the laboratory and across departments to achieve common goals.

The Director, Oncology Brand Marketing will lead a small product management team responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans for a brand of diagnostics tests used across a multiple tumor types, including product launch planning and execution. Primary responsibilities include brand marketing, product positioning, messaging, promotional programs and campaigns, collateral development, medical tradeshow/conference planning and budget management. The successful candidate will also develop an effective and engaged team, provide opportunities for professional development, fostering an environment for open communication.
The Director is responsible for providing comprehensive strategy and support for the Oncology product brand (Oncotype DX®). In this role, the Director will oversee the strategy, concept and development of brand campaigns, marketing materials, vendor relationships, key customer relationships, website content, and various other projects/programs directly promoting the product brand, participate on cross-functional teams consisting of colleagues from Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Learning, Customer Service and Managed Care. Success in this position will require attention to detail and the ability to carry out multiple tasks in parallel. Competitive candidates will possess relevant experience in oncology, brand marketing, with a demonstrated ability to master complex scientific material and convey these concepts in a compelling, understandable manner.
Given the extensive contact the Marketing Department has with multiple internal and external parties, strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The Director should enjoy and flourish working in an ever-changing environment and be able to maintain composure and poise in sometimes-hectic situations.
Senior Software Engineer (SSE) will work with Exact Sciences business unit leaders to direct the design and development of software solutions that the enable business. As the senior member of the software engineering team, this person will be responsible for mentoring junior colleagues including providing training and conducting performance reviews. The SSE will assign work and manage groups in an agile, collaborative, and supportive environment.
The Senior Clinical DataManager / Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate, complete and timely collection and delivery of assay/genomic and clinical data for analysis, reporting, and presentation.
