The Senior Clinical Quality Associate is part of the clinical affairs team, which is responsible for planning, executing, managing, and closing projects associated with the company clinical study plans. The Senior Clinical Quality Associate will partner with the clinical affairs team to drive clinical quality assurance (CQA) activities to include internal, vendor, and site audits, standard operating procedure (SOP) development and review, and process improvement. The Senior Clinical Quality Associate will serve as a quality subject matter expert (SME) to clinical affairs project teams for adherence to quality and compliance standards, and will provide support to members of multidisciplinary project teams, both internally and externally. The Senior Clinical Quality Associate will also support other key projects and initiatives for the department, as needed.

The Senior Laboratory Technician supports laboratory management for activities executed in research and development (R&D) labs. This position provides administrative, operational, and technical support to R&D personnel to ensure continuous lab workflows and processes are supported and maintained. This position will be a direct contact for external vendors conducting business directly with R&D and will coordinate work in R&D labs by Exact Sciences functions; including, but not limited to, facilities, metrology, environmental health and safety (EHS) and information technology (IT). Additionally, this position will maintain the responsibility of inventory management and procurement of supplies and consumables critical for R&D lab activities.
The Lab Service Trainer prepares and facilitates training for new hire and existing employee training in the Instrument and Automation Services department, with guided direction from training and development leadership. This role supports Exact Sciences Laboratories through subject matter and training expertise to ensure all team members are trained properly and competencies are successfully met. This role assists in maintaining accurate data reporting practices to ensure a consistent and diligent capture of training and competency. In addition, this role is responsible for keeping employees of multiple levels up to date on processes and procedures through training and editing training materials/assessments/competencies to reflect current process. Lastly, this role completes assigned competencies/end-user-proficiency assessments for learners and files training documentation appropriately. As needed, this role provides on-shift training. This role acts as a mentor for entry-level trainers.

These training programs which are focused on next generation sequencing (NGS) training for tissue, liquid, and evolving pipeline products, will be varied by departmental objectives and will include product specific training, disease-state training, and other professional development programs. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with field sales, the commercial learning team, sales leadership, marketing, and customer service. The Sales Training Manager will align closely with the medical affairs team and will be responsible for training this team in-depth on NGS technology and associated products.

The Senior Cloud Systems Engineer is responsible for advanced technical and operational support of server operating systems and cloud infrastructure resources (compute, storage, subnets) in Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role provides mentorship and guidance to ensure the highest levels of systems and cloud infrastructure availability.
