The Supervisor, Technical Writing is responsible for providing leadership and day-to-day oversight to the technical writing team. This includes supervising the team that evolves and creates technical documents related to instruments and software, such as service procedures, user and service manuals and training materials. The individual in this role will also act as a technical writer and compose clear technical information to explain complex information in a coherent and concise manner, partnering with engineering staff and scientists to ensure accuracy of process descriptions. The Supervisor, Technical Writing leads document projects to ensure regulations and user needs are met and delivered as expected. The division of responsibilities is about 30% administrative and supervising, and about 70% individual contributor.
The Senior Health Information Technology (HIT) Strategic Account Manager plays a leadership role in supporting and promoting health information technology initiatives to assist Organized Customers in improving CRC screening. In partnership with the account managers (SAM/NAMs), the leads will work with C/D Suite leaders to identify opportunities for optimizing the many HIT technologies (e.g., E.H.R., P.H.M., add-on Solutions) which are currently being used by health system customers in-market.
The HIT Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of the overall HIT Strategy through creation and execution of Solutions to support both Customer-Facing personnel and targeted partnerships. This individual will be responsible for overall project management leadership from ideation of Solutions through to business impact assessment.
The HEOR Director will be responsible for setting strategy for HEOR value communication, describing and delivering solutions to a Diagnostic/Biotech audience. Functional groups within Exact Sciences which the HEOR Director will credibly engage with include brand leads; market access mangers; analytics and market researchers. This role will develop and implement HEOR strategy for one or multiple therapeutic area(s) through personal research, consultants and internal stakeholders. This role will design and perform health economic and outcome research projects/studies focusing on value, positioning and unmet needs of pipeline and newly launched Exact Sciences products in order to support best possible market access.
The HEOR Director will be responsible for all aspects of effective project management, including RFP development, contract execution, protocol design, analytic plan development, oversight of data collection/acquisition, data analysis, and development of research findings into publications and into field resources/deliverables in alignment with brand and channel strategies. The position will provide a lead in the initiation, development and implementation of world-class health economics and reimbursement analytics and development of strategies across assigned Exact Sciences products.
This role will coordinate HEOR studies to align with Marketing, Pricing, Market Access Managers, Sales, and Medical Affairs strategies. This is a technical position with project-specific strategic responsibilities. The incumbent is responsible for the delivery HEOR research in support of Exact Sciences projects in clinical development as well as for marketed products. This is a highly independent position sustained by the training, experience, and judgment of the incumbent. In addition, this position sets analysis strategies with expertise in the design and application of health economic and outcomes research during all phases of product life cycles. The incumbent will have a good working ability to manage analysts and will work in close collaboration with HEOR and Market Access for field execution of strategic research initiatives. The incumbent will also represent Exact Sciences in discussions during customer presentations, contract negotiations, and at scientific conferences.
The HEOR Field Director is the field-based scientific lead for HEOR in US settings, with responsibility for managing interactions by HEOR with US National, Regional and Organized Customer Group (OCG) accounts on a portfolio basis.
The US healthcare environment is evolving rapidly towards outcome and value-based approaches for evaluation and reimbursement of medicines and other therapeutic interventions. Customers demand strong expertise in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to inform evidence-based assessments of innovative medicines and to facilitate research collaborations. US population-based healthcare decision makers, especially large and integrated plans, have specialized needs with respect to the technical sophistication and type of HEOR/RWD related evidence required to make optimal decisions for the care of populations. The HEOR Field Director supports these evidence requirements by engaging as field-based scientific professionals directly with US population-based healthcare decision makers to identify key scientific questions and evidence gaps, provide insights to support HEOR and medical plans, and to facilitate real world research and other collaborations as appropriate. The position thus supports HEOR’s objectives to generate, translate, and communicate real world evidence to US healthcare decision makers to demonstrate the value of Exact Sciences products and inform appropriate decision making.
This position is field based.
The Associate Director HIT plays a leadership role in leading a team in supporting and promoting health information technology initiatives to assist Organized Customers in improving CRC screening. This role is responsible for working closely with the HIT marketing function to develop and execute strategy while leading a team of customer-facing HIT Leads within the US within regional and national health systems. The AD, HIT will recruit, train, coach, lead and provide performance management for a team of HIT representatives. This role is also responsible for the overall business and driving adoption of Cologuard in targeted health systems while leading a team to identify and optimize the HIT technologies within the targeted accounts and function as an active and collaborative member of the integrated account team.
This position may be located at headquarters in Madison, WI or field based.
The Associate Director, HIT (Health Information Technology) Channel Strategy & Solutions will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy and tactics for leveraging HIT capabilities across priority channels (e.g., Health Systems) which is aligned to the overall Channel Strategy. This individual will identify priority areas for investment across a rapidly evolving HIT environment including E.H.R., P.H.M., Analytics and Solution providers which support our EXAS mission of early Cancer detection. This individual will oversee development and execution of solutions in market delivered through both customer-facing personnel (HIT Leaders and SAM’s) and targeted partnerships (Partnership Lead), and monitor business impact of each investment. This individual will serve as a subject-matter expert on HIT within Channels, act as the liaison with Lab IT, and continuously identify new and evolving technology which enables early Cancer detection and allows Exact Sciences to differentiate ourselves in the minds of our Customers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding marketing and strategy acumen, as well as collaboration and project management skills including the ability to manage without authority, communicate effectively with marketing agencies and external partners, and manage budgets. He/she must also communicate with a wide cross-section of internal functions, including senior leadership, to maximize the impact of their work.
The Sr Director, Corporate Affairs will lead a team in contributing to and coordinating the development and implementation of a range of public relations, marketing and corporate affairs strategies aligned with the company’s priorities to drive outcomes, including supporting the success of the commercial strategy and enhancing our corporate reputation. This individual will work cross-functionally across Business Units with key functions including members or the Executive Management Team, Finance, Global Commercial Sales, Clinical/Medical Affairs, R&D, Human Resources, IT, Business Development among others to develop innovative and targeted campaigns, including but not limited to digital, social, earned and paid media, web and digital content, and investor and stakeholder engagement.
This role will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the internal and external communication of the company’s commitment to eradicating the deadliest forms of cancer. This includes launching initiatives to highlight the company’s record of success in developing life-changing products, such as Cologuard® and Oncotype Dx®, conveying the clinical and health economic value of these products to targeted audiences, supporting the effort to attract and retain talent, and outlining the strength of the company’s financial health in the near and long term.
