The Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Initiatives will join the growing precision oncology commercial organization at Exact Sciences. Precision oncology has a diversified portfolio of on-market products along with a rapid cadence of product launches and enhancements ahead. This position will be responsible for program management of both product lifecycle and product commercialization initiatives within this complex and fast-paced environment. Product lifecycle initiatives include, but are not limited to, product launches, product enhancements, and process improvement programs. Commercialization initiatives include, but are not limited to, marketing pre/post launch planning, customer engagement programs, and performance tracking development. The Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Initiatives is a hands-on position which will work with various levels of management and departments throughout the precision oncology organization.

The Technical Support Analyst is an opportunity for an individual to obtain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. This position requires both technical and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role will be responsible for responding to operational break/fix scenarios, as well as upgrading and maintaining end user devices through regular refresh intervals and projects requiring new equipment. The Technical Support Analyst will work with other technical resources, adhere to procedures, workflows, and tools to provide exceptional support and customer service.
The Senior Laboratory Service Engineer (Sr. LSE) is responsible for the Instrument and Automation Services of all laboratory equipment and instrumentation with a focus on automation; responsibilities include installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair. This includes both simple (e.g., orbital shakers) and complex (e.g., liquid handling robotics and custom automation equipment) instrumentation in the various laboratory environments. These environments may include clinical laboratories, R&D laboratories, and manufacturing and quality control laboratories. The Research Scientist I, with limited guidance from more experienced scientists, works individually and in collaboration with others on multiple projects which are moderate to complex in scope. The Research Scientist I plays an active role in planning of projects and experiments and is often the technical lead responsible for the successful execution of the project. This position involves independently making detailed observations, analyzing data and interpreting results. Working in a team setting, the Research Scientist I, will primarily be involved in Research and Development projects serving as a technical lead in translating research ideas and concepts into the product development pipeline towards development of diagnostic assay products.
The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive hands-on experience in molecular biology specifically Next Generation Sequencing and data analysis.
The Instrument Technician II manufactures and services custom and off-the-shelf laboratory instrumentation and equipment. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assembly, investigation and diagnosis of failures, repair, and filing of manufacturing reports. This position will continuously work with others to ensure proper instrument function using a variety of tools and equipment per required specification in the instrument production area.
The Lead Material Handler will lead and act as the subject matter expert in a variety of warehouse functions including material receipt and inspection, inventory cycle counting, specimen transfers, shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods and supplies. This role will provide significant support to ongoing process development and improvements. This position will work within defined protocols and specific procedures for the department. The Lead Material Handler must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent knowledge of all warehouse activities.
This position requires excellent attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to organize assigned tasks, and be flexible within a cross collaboration-based environment.
The Accessioning Technician I is responsible for handling and recording patient and study specimens sent to Exact Sciences for testing. Daily operations within the Accessioning department include, but not limited to; order processing, case management, sample processing, management of associated documents and records, and inter-departmental communication and collaboration. An important part of the accessioning process is to identify incomplete or missing information and/or unacceptable specimens received, and to initiate outreach to physicians and other stakeholders for clarification in a timely manner to minimize impact on test turn-around-time.
To be successful in this role, the Accessioning Technician I must demonstrate the ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently in a regulated work environment, the ability to complete scheduled tasks and assignments with expected quality and throughput, and function effectively as a member of the Exact Sciences team. He or she is adaptive to change, detail oriented, focused, effective at managing time, organized and able to communicate within the department and to key internal customers to achieve common goals. He or she will participate in process improvement activities to ensure scalability and operational excellence. He or she will support or participate in internal and external audits and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory compliance with the applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The Clinical Curation Scientist will work within a team of clinical professionals to perform genomics knowledge mining and content derivation supporting Exact Sciences’ precision medicine platform. The Clinical Curation Scientist will collaborate with genomics and clinical teams to develop and implement an interpretive genomics guided therapy report that is informative and clinically relevant.
The Metrology Associate II will service custom, complex, and off-the-shelf laboratory instrumentation and equipment. This position will assemble, install, calibrate, maintain, investigate and diagnose failures, repair, requalify, and file service reports. This position will also assist in writing and reviewing calibration procedures.

The Kitchen Steward is responsible for overseeing vendor deliveries and inventorying the items upon arrival. This position helps maintain high levels of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and restocking within the kitchen and company-wide micro markets. This position may also help with food preparation, as needed.
The shift for this position will be Sunday through Thursday 10:00am - 6:30pm CST.
The Clinical Data Manager II is responsible for ensuring the accurate, complete, and timely collection, management, and delivery of assay/genomic and clinical data for analysis, reporting, and presentation. The Clinical Data Manager II acts as Lead Data Manager on clinical studies and projects and provides BDM functional representation to study teams.
