The Amenities Coordinator will assist with the execution of key communication tactics and projects to support the Wellness and Amenities team. This position will collaborate cross-functionally to assist with implementation of Wellness and Amenities initiatives. The Amenities Coordinator will work closely with the Amenities Specialist on internal and external communications. This position will also assist with Amenities based projects to ensure business objectives are met. This person will assist on delivering smaller-scale projects to cross-functional teams.
The Facilities Engineer will provide engineering support and document changes to existing and new qualified and non-qualified systems in support of infrastructure and production. This role will act as system administrator for building automation systems maintaining settings, sequences, alarm management, and developing improvement opportunities. The Facilities Engineer will guide system design by quantifying requirements, calculating required capacities, reviewing drawings, and working with third-party designers. The ideal candidate has a strong background with facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, and refrigeration, as well as a background in control systems design and administration.
The Manager, Safety and Security Programs will join a dynamic and high performing team of security professionals focusing on the continued development of new and existing Corporate Security programs, including but not limited to the department’s intelligence, investigatory, and threat intervention programs. In this role, the individual will provide leadership and coordinate all components of threat intervention, including reporting, assessment, intervention, and mitigation. The individual will also oversee and conduct diverse cross-functional investigations involving potential criminal acts or threats to Exact Sciences’ business operations, assets, brands, and/or intellectual property, and may assist with investigations relating to serious employee misconduct in violation of internal Exact Sciences policies’ and/or Code of Conduct. Additionally, they will manage event security planning utilizing the NIMS Incident Command System (ICS), gathering intelligence, conducting risk assessments, and networking with federal, state, and local public safety agencies.
The Materials Management/Distribution Associate I will assist in a variety of Materials Management functions, including, but not limited to, requisitioning, inventory management, packaging, shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods and supplies. This position will work within defined protocols and procedures. This role will also complete a variety of transportation duties with an emphasis on inter-office material movements. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable fulfilling a wide variety of job responsibilities.
The Distribution Associate I will complete a variety of transportation duties with an emphasis on inter-office material movements, remote storage, and vehicle scheduling. The Distribution Associate I will also provide support to ongoing process development and improvements. This position will work within defined protocols and procedures and may aid in the development and documentation of new procedures for the department. This individual will work cross functionally with individuals at Exact Sciences Corporate and Exact Sciences Laboratories to ensure departmental needs are met.
The Production Chef will prepare all meal-kit items, frozen foods, and baked goods in adherence with the recipe standards to ensure that all food prepared meets Exact Sciences standard of excellence. This position will also assist in the training of other Food Service professionals and serve as a key resource for team members. The Production Chef will oversee a team of line cooks in the back of house function.
The Kitchen Steward is responsible for overseeing vendor deliveries and inventorying the items upon arrival. This position helps maintain high levels of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and restocking within the kitchen and company-wide micro markets. This position may also help with food preparation, as needed.
The Line Cook will prepare, cook, and assemble dishes in their assigned area while maintaining sanitation standards. This position will handle food in adherence to the recipe standards to ensure that all food prepared meets Exact Sciences standard of excellence.
The Barista will greet customers, answer questions, take orders, accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. This role will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked workspace and continuously expanding their knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation, methods, and presentation.
The Sous Chef is responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations; including, but not limited to, assisting with menu creation, maintenance of quality standards, and supervising storage, stocking, and sanitation procedures. This position will oversee, mentor, and develop a team of Food Service professionals in the front of the house.
The Lead Production Associate requires a variety of skills necessary for Production Operations activities. This role will lead a variety of Production functions, including reagent production, process development, characterization, and validation. The position will work within defined protocols and procedures and may develop and document new procedures for Production. The Lead Production Associate is expected to possess a thorough understanding of laboratory procedures and conduct work within cGMP guidelines.
The Senior Scientist, Product Support role will lead a variety of sustaining product support activities within Operations. This role will investigate issues and troubleshoot materials, processes, and test methods through root cause analysis and then design, develop, and implement corrective actions. This role will also lead Operations teams in process and method development, new product introduction, and continuous improvement.
The Warehouse Associate III will assist or lead a variety of Materials Management or Operations functions including incoming material receipt and inspection, inventory cycle counting, SAP inventory management, internal inventory requests, shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods and supplies. The Warehouse Associate III may also lead or provide support to ongoing process development and improvements. The position will work within defined protocols and procedures and may develop and document new procedures for the department. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have in-depth knowledge of all inventory control and warehouse activities, including receiving shipping, cycle count, and inventory accuracy investigations.
