The Environmental, Health and Safety Sr. Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Exact Sciences EHS program. This includes providing the EHS staff and/or site(s) with direction and technical expertise to effectively minimize employee illness and injuries, establish and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable industry standards, enhancing the company’s safety culture and reducing EHS related risk (fires, environmental releases, etc.) to the organization.

The Operations Project Manager oversees a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects while coaching cross-functional leads in best practices to ensure their projects meet business objectives and are accomplished on time, within budget and meet quality standards. This includes developing and maintaining project timelines, scheduling meetings, completing meeting minutes and tracking action items, conducting in-depth analysis with teams, generating technical reports and tracking metrics. In addition, this position will facilitate and manage projects within Operations (manufacturing, supply chain, technical transfer, distribution, etc.) and present outcomes and status to leadership driving awareness and visibility.

The OEM Kit Supply Manager will coordinate efforts between Exact Sciences and key Collection Kit supply partners to maintain, optimize, and nurture the program’s success in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. The OEM Kit Supply Manager will ensure organizational standards of satisfaction, quality and performance are being met by both sides. The OEM Kit Supply Manager should have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high level program initiatives through strong leadership, demonstration by example and communication with partners. This position will be required to ensure program goals are being reached through close coordination with internal functions and external suppliers. The OEM Kit Supply Manager will track and manage all aspects of the Collection Kit production at the OEM partners off site locations including but not limited to, purchase orders, contracting, assets and projects.

The Warehouse Associate I will provide support to ongoing process and method development, characterization and validation and assist in production activities including labeling and packaging. The position will work within defined protocols and procedures and may develop and document new procedures for Materials Management.

The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, control systems, and equipment located within office, R&D, and GMP manufacturing locations. Additionally, this position supports automated fill, cap, and labeling, conveying, and product finishing equipment from set-up, to change-over and performs associated maintenance and troubleshooting.

The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist will support both Exact Sciences Corporate and Laboratories including creation and implementation of policies, procedures, training and monitoring workplace practices and activities with leadership oversight to ensure that employees abide by company policies and government safety regulations. The position ensures laboratory compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), College of American Pathologists (CAP) and other Federal, State and Local agencies as necessary.

The Technical Services Engineer I will provide front line technical support to Exact Sciences customers and will be a primary liaison for stand-alone equipment used during clinical assays. This position is accountable for triaging escalated equipment failures, working collaboratively to identify root cause and resolve customer equipment issues in a timely manner. The Technical Services Engineer I will also provide significant support to equipment enhancement activities through identifying failure modes and performing tactical tasks.

The Senior Maintenance Technician/HVAC-Boiler Specialist is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and the preventative maintenance on all HVAC/Boiler systems used. This role will leverage knowledge of boiler systems to provide technical support on the design, start-up, maintenance, preventative maintenance, commissioning/re-commissioning and efficiency of a wide range of equipment from large scale commercial boiler systems to basic heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and multi-zone systems that incorporate direct digital control (DDC), pneumatic, electronic, and/or programmable logic controls, etc. This role will be responsible for the fabrication of ducts, insulation and checking systems and equipment for leaks.

The Late Shift Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for operating, maintaining and repairing facility related equipment while leading and directing the work of a highly skilled team of maintenance professionals that are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of multiple facilities comprised of office, GMP laboratories, clinical laboratories, research laboratories and warehouse areas. This position will assist the Manager, Facilities Maintenance in responsibilities such as programs and activities around maintenance, sustainability, and business continuity. The Supervisor is expected to spend 50%+ of their time performing maintenance and repairs.

The Senior Maintenance Technician/HVAC-Refrigeration Specialist is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and the preventative maintenance on all HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role will be responsible for a wide range of equipment from large scale refrigeration systems and chillers, to food-service coolers and ice machines, as well as data center related cooling, CRAC units, rack systems, etc. This role is responsible for connecting refrigeration lines and electrical power sources, handling hazardous refrigerants, and checking systems and equipment for leaks and will use drawings or manufacturers' instructions to troubleshoot and complete assigned work.

The Facilities System Application Administrator is responsible for managing the installation, implementation and future development of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other software applications, including updates and upgrades as necessary or required as a primary focus. This role will collaborate with Facilities users, internal customers and staff across all business units. This role will ensure that the assigned application, along other systems controlled or associated with the EXAS Facilities CMMS, are effectively implemented and maintained to meet the applicable regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include maintenance of the test and production environments, the validation of the system, acting as the lead system administrator in close coordination with power users, IT personnel, Facilities personnel and the Work Control Center Team in the oversight of the CMMS and related system.

The Facilities Business Analyst will support Facilities by understanding the needs and limitations of the organization and translating the long-term business goals of Facilities into technical solutions. The Facilities Business Analyst will participate in constructing business models that outline costs and benefits that allow Facilities leadership to make informed decisions on the management and use of data and/or the viability of implementing technology/devices. The role will have a thorough understanding of the business processes and workflows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions primarily between Facilities and other departments. This role will be responsible for managing the day to day support and daily activities for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) /Computer-aided Facility Management (CAFM)platforms as it relates to the Facilities organization to include systems updates and applicable devices. This role will serve as the back-up to the Facilities System Application Administrator regarding database management.

The Facilities Engineer will provide engineering support and document changes to existing and new qualified and non-qualified utility systems (HVAC, Purified Water, Compressed Air, Electrical) for assigned sites. This role will act as system administrator for qualified environmental monitoring and building automation systems maintaining settings, sequences, alarm management and developing improvement opportunities. The Facilities Engineer will guide qualified and non-qualified utility system design by quantifying requirements, calculating required capacities, and working with third-party experts. This role will also provide superior project management services for assigned projects. Ideal candidate has a strong background with Control Systems Design, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) programming, and EMS/SCADA Programming.

The Facilities Specialist will be the principle contact and liaison between the Facilities Maintenance group and other departments supported by the Exact Sciences Corporate Facilities function. This position will review and schedule work requests through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), plan and schedule preventative maintenance, produce estimates and maintain data on maintenance costs and labor requirements. This role will also maintain equipment history records in compliance with applicable regulations.
