The Assistant General Counsel will provide broad legal support for the Company. A principal responsibility will be reviewing and negotiating contracts on behalf of the Company and its affiliates in all areas of the Company’s functions, including marketing, sales, manufacturing, and research and development, as well as monitoring performance under current and future contracts. The Assistant General Counsel would be expected to efficiently manage outside counsel that may be used to assist in these efforts. The Assistant General Counsel will also support significant transactions by conducting research, facilitating due diligence, and participating in negotiations appropriate for the selected candidate’s experience.

Responsible for administration and communications for leave of absences and supporting the Exact Sciences employee benefit plans including, but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, health savings, flexible spending, COBRA, and other benefits. This position is responsible for overall processing, communications and auditing leaves of absences including Family and Medical Leaves, Medical Leaves, and Personal Leave of Absences and supporting the delivery of communication and benefits education to new and current employees and assists with triaging and addressing employee benefits questions or issues. This position also ensures compliance with federal and state laws and audits, reports on, and assists with the administration of the benefit plans and partners with payroll (which reports into Finance) and other departments for reporting and communication of important information regularly.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative tasks which may include front desk coverage for Exact Sciences sites. The Administrative performs general and specific administrative duties including organizing meetings, managing calendars, etc. This position interfaces with senior leaders, directors, managers, visitors and suppliers, etc. to gather and exchange information.
This specific role supports Exact Sciences Laboratories and the leadership of Exact Sciences Laboratories in several ways including event planning, calendar coordination and management, meeting scheduling, logistics coordination and other administrative tasks.

The HR Business Application Analyst will support our HR Systems primarily including, but not limited to, Workday (Human Capital Management). A key responsibility of this role is to develop and continuously improve HR system processes to increase user adoption, ensure compliance with policy and regulations, and improve business performance.
This role will work closely with the Human Resources and Payroll teams to continually enhance and support HCM systems and processes. General working knowledge of all HR disciplines (Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, and HR Self-Service) is critical to success in this role.
As part of the HR team, this role will collaborate regularly with team colleagues, HR stakeholders, and other business partners to ensure that business processes are optimized to align with the technology and provide an excellent user experience with the systems supported.
