The Senior Pipeline Activation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing downstream multi-channel tactics to support commercialization of Pipeline products during the initial launch as the products incubate and mature. This role will collaborate with Business Unit (BU) colleagues to build foundational HCP and patient promotional materials and collateral, peer-to-peer content, and educational programs that will support early-stage provider, payer, and guideline adoption in preparation for transition of the products to the appropriate BU . The Senior Administrative Assistant, Precision Oncology Sales and Marketing is directly responsible for providing both comprehensive administrative and logistical support but also provide project management and coordination for various programs and deliverables to the Field to the Marketing, Sales, Marketing Services and Customer Services Departments.   The ideal candidate will manage the department schedules, plan and monitor travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, prepare expense reports, and establish systems for tracking major task timelines for deadlines required by the team. There will be an emphasis on development of presentations as well as development of Excel spreadsheets for supporting business review projects. The candidate will coordinate the Oncology Marketing team’s weekly staff meeting and will provide support to attain individual and team department goals.   The successful candidate will also manage various Marketing projects during different stages of completion as well as support Marketing programs through submissions of SOWs, PO requests and master agreements. This position will require excellent planning skills, contract management, project management, vendor collaborations, timely and clear internal communications and project budgeting. Success in this position will require the excellent attention to detail and the ability to carry out multiple tasks in parallel.   Given the extensive contact the Oncology Marketing Department has with multiple internal and external parties, strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential. The Sr. Administrative Assistant should enjoy working in an ever-changing, fast paced office environment and be able to maintain composure and poise in sometimes-hectic situations. The Global Product Strategy Director will be responsible for product strategy and lifecycle management of the current and future Breast portfolio of products, from concept to obsolescence. The Global Product Strategy Director will manage global considerations for the product, such as report enhancements, global expansion opportunities, line extension opportunities, indication expansion, partner collaborations, product strategy plan, and the timing of potential product end-of-life scenarios.   He/she will sit on a product development core team as the business lead and will drive interactions with a broad range of functions involved with the development and commercialization of Exact Sciences products; including R&D, medical, operations, program management, commercial, finance, regulatory, and legal functions. This position collaborates with and influences varying levels of internal and external personnel and requires a strong team-focused approach, direct interactions with customers, and public presentations. This person will accomplish their tasks by relying on a deep understanding and knowledge of clinical needs, customer needs, market trends, and competitive pressures as well as establishing short and long-term objectives and plans that transform the product strategy into clear measurable results. Strong business acumen and customer focus are essential to the success of this position as well as the ability to distill complex information from multiple sources into clear, compelling and actionable business cases. The Global Product Strategy Director is expected to have broad knowledge of the healthcare landscape and commercialization of products, and familiarity with the clinical and technical aspects of product development.   This position will be focused on developing a product strategy roadmap around the current Oncotype DX Breast assay as well as strategies around building a portfolio of products within the Breast Cancer space.  Previous knowledge and experience within breast cancer oncology is highly desirable.
