The CRM Application Analyst assists in supporting commercial operations for the Exact Sciences sales force. This role is focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation and Administration (SFAA). This person will have experience implementing xRM/CRM based business solutions and will have an understanding of the underlying architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This position is a key component of commercial operations and reports to the Commercial Operations Manager – CRM.

The Customer Care Specialist provides world class service to health care providers, patients and the general public. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for managing inbound calls to provide clarification on our product, orders or to provide product instruction. Between inbound calls, the Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for timely entry of test orders and the resolution of test order issues to include enrollment, entry and clarification. They will also complete tasks as assigned by the Information Management Team.

In this support position the Technical Laboratory Workflow Coordinator ensures daily lab operations are effective and efficient by coordinating with the Technical Laboratory Supervisor or Lead to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing and laboratory processes.
The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm.

In this support position the Technical Laboratory Workflow Coordinator ensures daily lab operations are effective and efficient by coordinating with the Technical Laboratory Supervisor or Lead to anticipate and resolve issues related to efficiencies in throughput, staffing and laboratory processes.
The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs and preventative maintenance at Exact Laboratories and will coordinate repairs with the Senior Facilities Manager. Supported systems and equipment will be facility related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, refrigeration, control systems, and equipment located within office, R&D, GMP and Clinical locations. The Maintenance Technician will also provide support to ongoing process and procedure improvement. The Maintenance Technician may also assist in a backup capacity to the Senior Maintenance Technician in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, repairs and maintenance and assisting with projects and on-call coverage. The position will work within defined procedures and may assist in developing and documenting new procedures. The Facilities Technician will report to the Senior Manager of Facilities.

The Specimen Processing Specialist provides support to both Specimen Processing Laboratory and the Clinical Laboratory. The Specimen Processing Specialist will follow all laboratory procedures and policies and maintain accurate data reporting practices as needed to ensure consistent and diligent execution of specimen processing, testing and the timely generation of patient results.
The hours for this position are Friday - Monday from 2:30pm - 1:00am.

The Validation Associate I will participate or lead validation and qualification activities in a variety of areas, including equipment, facilities, cleaning, process and test method. The position will be responsible for protocol generation, validation execution, validation binder completion, and summary report generation. The position will be a member of project teams providing guidance on validation strategies.

The individual in this role will continuously work with other Lab Service Engineers (LSE) and the clinical laboratory team to ensure proper instrument function and troubleshoot any system concerns.
The hours for this position are Sunday - Thursday from 3:00pm - 12:00pm or Sunday - Wednesday from 2:00pm - 1:00am.
