The Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory directs the technical day-to-day laboratory operation, which includes the general technical supervision and development of laboratory staff, assures that quality standards are being met, provides technical expertise to the laboratory and as needed, serves as the liaison to various internal and external entities. The Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory oversees the Quality Management program in the laboratory and ensures that the laboratory and the laboratory staff is in compliance with all laws and regulations that are required by CLIA, CAP, OSHA and any other applicable legislative organizations.   The hours for this position are Saturday - Monday from 6:00pm - 6:30am (3, 12 hour days).    We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus to new hires for this role. The candidate will be a key contributor to our international growth plans and will also be directly responsible to leverage relationships with key opinion leaders and other physicians in the fields of cancer treatment to enlist their assistance in initiating programs and activities which will promote appropriate adoption and reimbursement of GHI technologies in cancer treatment.  The position will report to the Head of SEMEA and LATAM Region and will work in close cooperation with Manager and inter-departmental stakeholders. This position is field based.   The ideal candidate will have experience in commercializing Oncology/diagnostic products and/or Medical Devices in the Region combined with a proven direct involvement and track record in driving performance and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner.

In this position the Specimen Processing Trainer supports the Specimen Processing Manager and Specimen Processing Supervisor in ensuring that all Specimen Processing team members are properly and adequately trained to facilitate the timely and accurate processing of patient specimens.
